Obwohl es dem Herren Dr. möglich gewesen wäre, nach meinem Skiunfall direkt mit der Krankenkasse in Deutschland, auf Grund des EU Abkommens abzurechnen stellte er mir eine Privatrechnung aus. Die Folge : ich durfte mehrere 100 Euro aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Zur Rede gestellt erklärt er mir , wie umständlich eine Abrechnung über die E- Card für ihn sei......und rückwirkend sei dies eh nicht möglich....Ohne Worte, ich bin stinksauer. Patienten die ohnehin schon Leid haben sind ihm egal, so zeigte er sich auch bei der Behandlung. Einzig die Diagnose war in Ordnung. Very bad experience! Although it belongs to Dr. Ing. It would have been possible, after my skiing accident directly with the health insurance in Germany, to settle on the basis of the EU agreement he issued me a private account. The result: I was allowed to pay several hundred euros from my own pocket. Asked to explain he explained to me how cumbersome a billing on the E card for him was ...... and retroactively this is not possible anyway ... Without words, I'm mad. Patients who are already suffering, he does not care, so he was also in the treatment. Only the diagnosis was alright.

Um 10:30 Uhr c.a habe ich angerufen wegen kontrolle weil mein Fuss voll geschwollen, violett und weh tut und habe gefragt ob ich vorbei gehen kann. Antwort war "ja", habe ich erklärt das ich alleine von Bad Gastein mit dem Bus fahren soll und um c.a 11:30 dort würde. Die Dame hat gesagt das kein problem ist. Ich war eigentlich etwas frührer dort aber vor mir sind paar leute gewesen so habe ich normall gewartet bis ich mich anmelden kann. Um 11:40 die Dame an der Rezeption hat mich gesagt das sie sperren zu und ich morgen wieder gehen soll. Wie ich bis zum arzt geschafft habe und dann wie ein Hund raus geschmiessen würde fragt keiner !!!!! Toll !! Catastrophe!!! I'm 8 months pregnant and injured myself. At around 10:30 a.m. I called to check because my foot was swollen, purple and hurting and asked if I could go over. The answer was "yes", I explained that I should take the bus alone from Bad Gastein and would be there at around 11:30 am. The lady said no problem. I was actually there a little earlier, but there were a few people in front of me, so I normally waited until I could register. At 11:40 a.m. the lady at the reception told me to lock the door and I should leave tomorrow. No one asks how I made it to the doctor and then thrown out like a dog !!!!! Great !!

Die Praxis ist sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das tut der hervorragenden Behandlung keinen Abbruch. Ich wurde sehr freundlich behandelt und musste ohne Termin etwa 45min. warten, was absolut im Rahmen ist. Die Bahndlung war 1a, fachlich sehr gut, persönlich und vor allem hat man sich für mich Zeit genommen und alle meine Belange detailiert besprochen. VIELEN Dank und von mir eine klare Empfehlung bei in Bad Hofgastein! I was in the practice of Dr. Koltringer. The practice is certainly getting a bit old, but that doesn't detract from the excellent treatment. I was treated very friendly and had to wait about 45 minutes without an appointment. wait, which is absolutely in the frame. The treatment was 1a, technically very good, personal and above all they took the time for me and all my concerns were discussed in detail. MANY thanks and a clear recommendation from me in Bad Hofgastein!

Wenn hier jemand null Verständnis für Wartezeiten oder die Priorität anderer Patienten zeigt, dann liegt das Problem weder beim hart arbeitenden Arzt noch an seinem rücksichtsvollen und bemühten Team. Denn hier wird jeder gerecht behandelt. Vielen Dank für die jahrelange Bereitschaft! Friendly, helpful and competent. And it is not without reason that the surgery is very busy. If someone here shows zero sympathy for waiting times or the priority of other patients, then the problem is neither with the hard working doctor nor with his considerate and dedicated team. They speak English, they are kind, attentive, very knowledgeable and do the job they are there to do. I found it very comforting when I fractured my knee- I felt I was in safe hands. The treatment I received was excellent. The UK the doctors were very satisfied with the treatment I had received which will speed my recovery.
