★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mittlerweile mehrmals sehr von Dr. Richard enttäuscht worden. Beim ersten mal hatte der der Bus über 40min Verspätung. Beim zweiten mal ist der Bus wegen Personalmangel gar nicht gekommen. Ist natürlich eine tolle Überraschung wenn du dir im vorhinein alle deine Zug- und Busverbindungen mit Scotty überlegst und dann am Bussteig erfährst das deine Verbindung ausgefallen ist. Habe daraufhin den Support angerufen. Bei diesem Anruf habe ich mir von einem wütenden, und äußerst unfreundlichen Kollegen sagen lassen müssen das er keine Infos zur aktuellen Lage hat. Beide male hat es sich um die Linie 230, Abfahrtszeit: 20:51 Linz HBF, gehandelt.
Bei so einem Service von Dr. Richard wär es besser das Auto zu nehmen.....
I have been very impressed by Dr. Richard been disappointed. The first time the bus was over 40 minutes late. The second time the bus didn't come at all due to a lack of staff. Of course it's a great surprise when you think about all your train and bus connections with Scotty in advance and then find out at the bus platform that your connection has failed. I then called support. When I called, I had to be told by an angry and extremely unfriendly colleague that he had no information on the current situation. Both times it was line 230, departure time: 20:51 Linz HBF.
With such a service from Dr. Richard would be better off taking the car.....
