Sie hat meine schwangere Frau trotz der tatsache das sie von einem anderen Arzt zur heutigen behandlung überwiesen wurde mit der begründung abgewiesen das sie heute keine zeit mehr haben abgewiesen. Der wartebereich war zwar nur halb voll aber ihr ordinationsschluss um 17 uhr ist ihr selbst kurz nach öffnung der praxis wichtiger als alles andere. Unfortunately we can not say anything to the doctor, but the consultation hours are absolutely unappealing to us. In spite of the fact that she was referred by another doctor for today's treatment, she rejected my pregnant wife on the grounds that she no longer had any time today. The waiting area was only half full, but your closing at 5 p.m. is more important to you than anything else shortly after opening the practice.
F	Familie S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr erfahrener Arzt. Man muss nicht viel erklären warum man bei ihm ist, mit ein paar Übungen und Tests findet er es ganz schnell alleine heraus. Habe schnell einen Termin bekommen und darüber war ich sehr froh. A very experienced doctor. You don't have to explain a lot why you are with him, with a few exercises and tests he will find out very quickly on his own. Got an appointment quickly and I was very happy about that.
V	Vici Schieraus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhöflichster und arrogantester Arzt den ich je erlebt habe! Ich habe aufgrund einer Überweisung meiner Hausärztin bei Dr. Holzer angerufen. Nachdem ich mein Problem (Post-Covid-Syndrom) geschildert habe, hat er mir erklärt, dass kein Kassenarzt mir weiterhelfen kann und er der einzige ist, der das notwendige Equipment und Know-How hat, um mir zu helfen. Allerdings ist er eben ein Privatarzt und wenn ich alles "gratis" (dass ich Steuern zahle hat er wohl vergessen) haben will, dann bin ich selbst schuld wenn ich 3 Monate auf einen Termin warten muss und keine ordentliche Behandlung bekomme. Daraufhin hat er mir noch erklärt, was das Problem mit dem österreichischen Gesundheitssystem ist und bevor ich antworten konnte hat er aufgelegt. Ich bin gerne bereit, für einen privaten Arzt mehr zu zahlen wenn ich dafür einen frühen Termin und eine ordentliche Behandlung bekomme, aber von so einem unsympathischen und arroganten Menschen lasse ich mich nicht behandeln. Na danke, würde mich interessieren wie er überhaupt Patienten bekommt wenn er mit jedem schon am Telefon so umgeht. Most rude and arrogant doctor I have ever met! Due to a referral from my family doctor, I contacted Dr. Holzer called. After I described my problem (post-Covid syndrome), he explained to me that no health insurance doctor could help me and that he is the only one who has the necessary equipment and know-how to help me. However, he is a private doctor and if I want everything "free" (he probably forgot that I pay taxes), then it's my own fault if I have to wait 3 months for an appointment and don't get proper treatment. Then he explained to me what the problem with the Austrian health system was and before I could answer he hung up. I am happy to pay more for a private doctor if I get an early appointment and proper treatment, but I will not allow myself to be treated by such an unsympathetic and arrogant person. Thank you, I would be interested in how he gets patients at all if he deals with everyone on the phone like that.
