The first settlement worked great, but the will unfortunately not. No response, no information despite multiple calls, no progress for over 1 month.

S	Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thema: Abwicklung Wohnungskauf. Bei der zusätzlichen Grunderwerbsteuer für Änderungen an der Wohnung gab es Unklarheiten beim Notariat. Die GrEst wurde bereits ans Notariat bezahlt, jedoch sollte ich die GrEst aufgrund der Schwierigkeiten - auf Anweisung des Notariats - selber ans FA überweisen müssen. Das wurde auch gemacht, habe aber meine bezahlte GrEst die ich ans Notariat überwiesen habe, bis heute nicht mehr zurückbekomm. Nach 4-5 maliger Kontaktaufnahme seit Juni 2021 mit bitte der Rücküberweisung, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, hat sich bis heute nix getan. ES wurde mehrmals versichert, dass alles in die Wege geleitet/abgeklärt wird. Topic: Processing of apartment purchases. The notary's office was not clear about the additional real estate transfer tax for changes to the apartment. The GrEst has already been paid to the notary's office, but due to the difficulties I should have to transfer the GrEst to the FA myself on the instructions of the notary's office. That was also done, but I haven't got my paid GrEst back to this day, which I transferred to the notary's office. After contacting us 4-5 times since June 2021 with the request of the transfer back, both in writing and orally, nothing has happened to this day. It was assured several times that everything will be initiated / clarified.

Scheint das ist die Regel in dieser Kanzlei. Catastrophe! Absolutely not reliable. Agreements are not kept, delays etc. Can only agree with the negative reviews. Seems that's the rule at this firm.
