Wurde als Schande für meine Eltern bezeichnet, da ich aufgrund der Straßenbahn 10 Minuten zu spät kam und danach wurde mir gesagt, ich solle mir einen großen starken Mann suchen, da ich es ohne einen eh nie durchs Leben schaffen werde... Rarely seen such a disrespectful doctor. Called a shame on my parents for being 10 minutes late due to the tram and after that I was told to find a big strong man as I will never make it through life without one anyway ...

P	Peter Muster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kein sonderlich kompetenter Arzt. Ich wechselte zu Dr. Friedl und weiß seither (endlich) Näheres über meine Problematik. Die beiden Diagnosen und angeordneten Therapiemaßnahmen sind völlig unterschiedlich. Dr. Raschid war (wohl aus mangelndem Interesse) nicht in der Lage, meine exakte Leidensursache zu erörtern und versucht stets, die Patienten so rasch wie möglich "abzufertigen". Der Rest des Teams ist sehr nett und auch die Anmeldungsmodalitäten funktionieren bestens. Unfortunately not a particularly competent doctor. I switched to Dr. Friedl and since then (finally) know more about my problem. The two diagnoses and the therapeutic measures ordered are completely different. Dr. Raschid was not able (probably due to a lack of interest) to explain the exact cause of my suffering and always tries to "deal with" the patient as quickly as possible. The rest of the team is very nice and the registration procedures work very well.

Das Ordinationsteam ist super und kompetent. Bin seit Jahren Patientin und stets sehr zufrieden. Dr. Rasheed takes his time and answers all questions. An excellent surgeon who also takes care of his patients after the operation and during rehab. The ordination team is great and competent. I have been a patient for years and have always been very satisfied.

Doch beim zweiten Besuch war es noch schlimmer. Keine meiner Fragen wurde beantwortet, Reaktionen seinerseits auf diese sogar teils patzig. Empathie und Einfühlungsvermögen absolute Fehlanzeige. Einer der sehr wenigen Kassen- Orthopäden in Graz und das ist ihm wohl auch klar, anders ist dieses Verhalten nicht zu erklären. Disrespectful doctor, am shocked by the tone. Been there twice, after the first time I thought: everyone can have a bad day. But the second visit was even worse. None of my questions were answered, and his reactions to these were sometimes snotty. Empathy and empathy absolutely nil. One of the very few checkout orthopedic surgeons in Graz and that is probably clear to him, there is no other explanation for this behavior.

Ich war zu diesem Zeitpunkt Schmerzpatientin. Er hat gemeint ich soll mich „zusammenreißen“ und nicht so wehleidig sein. Der Tonfall war genervt und Oberlehrerhaft. Im Umgang mit Patienten halte ich diesen Arzt für inkompetent. Nicht hingehen, das erspart einem möglichen Ärger. One of the most terrible doctor experiences I've ever had. Dr. Rasheed acted disrespectfully, and did not want to answer any of my questions unemphatically. I was a pain patient at the time. He said I should "pull myself together" and not be so sorry. The tone of voice was annoyed and senior teacher. I think this doctor is incompetent in dealing with patients. Don't go, that will save you potential trouble.

Hat sich Zeit genommen, mir zugehört, mich beruhigt und war noch dazu humorvoll! Tolles Erlebnis, toller Arzt! Ich versteh die negativ Bewertungen nicht... Aber vermutlich, wie man in den Wald hineinruft...Von mir 5 Sterne! Super friendly and hard-working doctor. I normally didn't write any reviews but in that case ... Took the time, listened to me, calmed me down and was humorous on top of that! Great experience, great doctor! I don't understand the negative reviews ... But probably how to call into the forest ... 5 stars from me!

Eigentlich finde ich ist 1 Stern noch immer zuviel für jemanden der seine Patienten 0 respektiert und diese scheinbar nur als Nummer sieht. Aufgrund einer Überweisung bin ich leider bei Dr. Raschid gelandet. Nachdem ich ihm erzählen wollte dass meine diversen Probleme seit einem Unfall vor ein paar Jahren entstanden sind und was damals passierte , unterbrach er mich sofort und meine "Das sagen e alle da draußen und wenn ich mir alle Geschichten meiner Patienten anhöre werde ich nie fertig ". Nachdem ich darauf antwortete dass ein Patient aber nichts dafür kann dass er soviel zu tun hat meinte er nur dann solle ich zu einem Wahlarzt gehen weil der hat halt mehr Zeit. Ich gehe hauptsächlich zu Wahlärzten und das wird weiterhin der Fall bleiben aber was ist mit Menschen die sich einen Wahlarzt nicht leisten können? Sind die eine gute und menschliche Behandlung nicht Wert Herr Dr. Raschid? Wenn man kein Ohr für seine Patienten übrig hat sollte man sich fragen ob dieser Beruf das richtige ist. Mich sehen Sie nicht mehr. Mit Besten Grüßen After much deliberation, I am now writing my review. Actually, I think 1 star is still too much for someone who respects their patients and apparently only sees them as a number. Due to a referral I am unfortunately with Dr. Rasheed landed. After I wanted to tell him that my various problems have arisen since an accident a few years ago and what happened back then, he immediately interrupted me and my "everybody says that out there and if I listen to all the stories of my patients I'll never finish" . After I replied that a patient couldn't help it that he had so much to do, he said I should only go to an elective doctor because he had more time. I mainly go to private doctors and that will continue to be the case, but what about people who cannot afford private doctors? Are they not worth a good and humane treatment, Dr. rashid? If you don't have an ear for your patients, you should ask yourself whether this job is the right one for you. You don't see me anymore. Best Regards
