S	Silvia Marhold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Dr. Jesenko, ist man nicht nur Patient, man wird als Mensch behandelt! Auch für die Sprechstundenhilfe, ein dickes Lob! Hier wird man freundlich behandelt und auch die Wartezeiten, sind relativ kurz. Trotzdem, nimmt sich Dr.Jesenko, für jede Sorge Zeit! So sollten alle praktischen Ärzte sein! Für mich, ist diese Ordination, ein Vorbild, für sämtliche andere! Silvia Marhold At Dr. Jesenko, you are not just a patient, you are treated as a person! Also for the office hours help, kudos! Here you are treated friendly and the waiting times are relatively short. Nonetheless, Dr Jesenko takes time for every concern! This is how all general practitioners should be! V	V Retsuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum Arzt kann ich nicht viel sagen, wirkt kompetent und bemüht. Einen krassen Unterschied dazu bietet Frau Z. (Sprechstundenhilfe) unfreundlich, kaum bis gar nicht entgegenkommend und überheblich. Ich sehe berufsbedingt wirklich viele Arztpraxen, bei keiner gibt es so viele Probleme wie bei bzw mit der Dame! Macht es unnötig schwer und umständlich. To the doctor, I can not say much, acts competent and endeavors. A stark contrast to this offers Mrs. Z. (receptionist) unfriendly, hardly to complacent and arrogant. I really see a lot of doctor's practices due to my job, no one has as many problems as with or with the lady! Makes it unnecessarily difficult and awkward.
A	A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Hr. Dr. ist ein sehr netter und kompetenter Mensch, sehr zuvorkommend und immer ein offenes Ohr, immer hilfsbereit und hört zu, was ich an ihm besonders schätze. Seine Frau ebenso sehr nett. Aber eine, sehr, sehr unfreundliche Ordinationsassistentin Fr. Z., immer einen herablassenden, unfreundlichen Ton. Gar nicht entgegenkommend und so ziemlich jedes mal wenn man hingeht genervt und abweisend. Wenn man den Kontakt mit Menschen/Patienten nicht gerne hat, so hat sie den Beruf verfehlt und sollte nicht jedes mal ihre Launen an den Patienten auslassen ein bisschen Empathie wäre nicht schlecht Fr. Z.! The Mr. Dr. is a very nice and competent person, very accommodating and always open-minded, always helpful and listens to what I particularly appreciate about him. His wife was also very nice. But a very, very unfriendly ordination assistant Fr. Z., always a condescending, unfriendly tone. Not accommodating at all and pretty annoyed and repellent every time you go there. If you do not like to be in contact with people / patients, then she has missed her job and should not take her moods off the patient every time. A little empathy would not be bad.
T	Tanja S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Doktor Jesenko und auch seine Frau sind wirklich toll, beide sehr nett und Herr Dr. ist ein toller Diagnostiker, dafür eigentlich 5 Sterne. Leider ist die Sprechstundenhilfe eine absolute Zumutung. Extrem unfreundlich, schnippisch und alles andere als empathisch. Wenn man Fragen hat merkt man ihr sofort an wie genervt sie ist, wenn man krank ist kein Verständnis für den Zustand und auch keine dementsprechende Behandlung. Auch wenn jemand anruft und das Wartezimmer voll ist schnauzt sie diese Personen an, auch Diskretion ist ein Fremdwort weil sie offensichtlich schwer verstehen kann was man sagt und man gezwungen wird, alles lautstark im Wartezimmer zu wiederholen. Schon seit Jahren gibt es immer wieder Vorfälle, nachdem sich nichts ändert und ich auch heute wieder ein sehr unangenehmes Telefonat und danach noch ein herabwürdigendes Gespräch vor 5 Patienten hinnehmen musste war es an der Zeit, auch öffentlich eine Beschwerde zu hinterlassen. Doctor Jesenko and his wife are really great, both very nice and Dr. is a great diagnostician, but actually 5 stars. Unfortunately, the office hours help is an absolute imposition. Extremely unfriendly, snippy and anything but empathetic. If you have any questions you can tell immediately how annoyed she is, if you are sick, no understanding of the condition and no appropriate treatment. Even when someone calls and the waiting room is full, she snaps at these people, discretion is also a foreign word because it is obviously difficult to understand what you are saying and you are forced to repeat everything loudly in the waiting room. For years there have been incidents after nothing has changed and today I had to put up with a very unpleasant phone call and then another disparaging conversation in front of 5 patients, it was time to make a public complaint.
a	alina schnitzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über Dr. Jesenko kann ich nichts sagen. Die Sprechstundenhilfe ist extrem unfreundlich und hat mich auf Anhieb aus dem Wartezimmer vertrieben. Zu einem Arztbesuch gehört nun mal das rundherum genauso und wenn man mit der Ordinationshilfe keinen normalen Satz auf Augenhöhe sprechen kann ist das für mich keine Basis für einen Arztbesuch. About Dr. I can't tell Jesenko anything. The office hours help is extremely unfriendly and drove me out of the waiting room straight away. A visit to the doctor is just the same all around and if you cannot speak a normal sentence at eye level with the ordination assistant, that is no basis for a doctor's visit for me.

Scheinbar ist denen nicht bewusst, dass sie nur Empfangsdamen sind, deren Hauptaufgabe es ist nett zu den Patienten zu sein. Nicht einmal das schaffen die Zwei. Eigentlich eine Schande, da der Arzt eigentlich nett ist, nur leider nicht über das nötige Durchsetzungsvermögen verfügt, um seine Damen in die Schranken zu weisen. Terrible receptionists who are extremely rude and arrogant. Apparently they do not realize that they are just receptionists whose main job is to be nice to the patients. The two can't even do that. Actually a shame, because the doctor is actually nice, but unfortunately does not have the necessary assertiveness to put his ladies in their place.
S	Susanna Ger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unfreundliche und derart cholerische Damen am Empfang habe ich ja noch nie meinem Leben erlebt und ich arbeite selbst im Kundenkontakt. Schreien mich vor der ganzen Ordination nieder, weil ich als Neupatient nach mehrmaligem Anrufen (kein Anschluss, Tonband) gewagt habe persönlich vorbeizuschauen. Peinlich! Der Arzt war supernett und hat das Erlebnis etwas entschärft. Unglaublich so eine Art und Weise! Am Liebsten würde ich Minus Sterne vergeben. I've never seen such unfriendly and choleric women at reception in my life and I work in customer contact myself. Shout me down in front of the whole ordination because, as a new patient, after calling several times (no connection, tape), I dared to stop by in person. Awkward! The doctor was super nice and defused the experience a bit. Incredibly such a way! I would love to give minus stars.

Danke lieber Herr Doktor, Sie waren immer korrekt und haben alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit getan. Der Schritt ist mir nicht leicht gefallen, aber ich habe einfach keine Lust, mich bei jedem Besuch/Anruf auf die Laune der Frau Z. ein zu stellen. Wie komme ich dazu? Auch Ihrer Frau ein herzliches Dankeschön, aber all das kann die unmögliche Art der Frau Z. nicht wett machen. Sehr schade, ich bin aber nicht die Einzige hier, die das bekrittelt. Alles Liebe Dr Jesenko, danke schön, die Sterne sind für Sie und nur für Sie!!! Today I pulled it off and changed my family doctor after many years. Thank you dear doctor, you have always been correct and have done everything to my satisfaction. The step was not easy for me, but I just don't feel like adapting to Ms. Z.'s mood every time I visit / call. How do I get there? Many thanks to your wife, too, but none of this can make up for the impossible nature of Ms. Z. It's a shame, but I'm not the only one here who criticizes it.
