★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Corona macht alle wirr. Hatte einen Termin um 11.ooh war etwas zu früh und die Arzthelferin sagte kommen Sie um Punkt wieder, war dann zur genannten Zeit da und musste trotz Termin eine Stunde warten, da stellt sich mir die Frage für was brauche ich da einen Termin?
Frau Dr. Pipam war sehr freundlich und hat mich sehr gut betreut.
 The Corona makes everyone confused. Had an appointment at 11. ooh was a bit early and the nurse said come back at exactly the time, was there at the specified time and had to wait an hour despite the appointment, so the question arises for what do I need an appointment for?
Miss Dr. Pipam was very friendly and looked after me very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde bis jetzt immer gut und relativ flott behandelt. Durch die Covid Situation jetzt gibt es Termin vergabe, was auch gut funktioniert. Man kommt sogar schneller dran als sonst. Frau Dr. Pipam behandelt mich immer sehr gut, ausführlich und freundlich. Sie ist keine 'nehmen sie mal dies und das' Verschreiberin, was ich sehr gut finde. Bin seit Jahren sehr zufrieden.
So far I have always been treated well and relatively briskly. Due to the Covid situation, appointments are now being made, which also works well. You can even get there faster than usual. Pipam always treats me very well, extensively and kindly. She is not a 'take this and that' prescriber, which I think is very good. I have been very satisfied for years.
