F	Felix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Kritikpunkt - Wartezeit auf einen Termin. Aber das hat man bei fast allen Fachärzten. Akuttermin natürlich ausgenommen, den hatte ich noch am selben Tag. Die Ordination ist in einem sehr schönen Stilhaus (mit Lift) das Wartezimmer ist nett eingerichtet, es gibt einen Trinkwasserspender und ein mobiles Klimagerät das tapfer gegen die globale Erwärmung kämpft. Ausreichend Zeitschriften liegen herum, und die braucht man auch, so auf 1,5 Stunden sollte man sich incl. Voruntersuchung schon einstellen. Die Voruntersuchung wird von einer freundlichen Orthoptistin durchgeführt. Der Arzt arbeitet sehr genau und man merkt auch, sobald etwas über ein standard Brillenrezept hinausgeht nimmt er sich viel Zeit. Die Ordination ist, soweit von mir beurteilbar, sehr modern ausgestattet. One criticism - waiting for an appointment. But you have that with almost all specialists. Except for Akuttermin, of course, which I had on the same day. The office is in a very nice style house (with elevator), the waiting room is nicely decorated, there is a drinking water dispenser and a mobile air conditioner that fights bravely against global warming. There are enough magazines lying around, and you need them too, so you should be prepared for 1.5 hours including a preliminary examination. The preliminary examination is carried out by a friendly orthoptist. The doctor works very precisely and you can also tell that as soon as something goes beyond a standard prescription, he takes a lot of time. The ordination is, as far as I can judge, very modern.

Die Wartezeit ist oftmals wirklich lange allerdings wurde mir auch bei wichtigen Notfällen spontan ein Termin angeboten und dies schätze ich sehr! I have been a satisfied customer of Dr Novaks for years and appreciate his professional, competent way of handling, and I find him very friendly. The waiting time is often really long, but I was spontaneously offered an appointment even in the event of important emergencies and I really appreciate this!

Der Herr Dr. Novak hat mich immer sehr gut beraten, war immer freundlich und hat sich genug Zeit genommen. Deshalb 5 Sterne! Was always very happy. I have very complicated eyes. Huge differences between right and left, also retinal problems because of the lens. The Dr. Novak always advised me very well, was always friendly and took enough time. Therefore 5 stars!
M	Mag. HimBaer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wartezeiten - wenn man zum Arzt selbst muss - sind ein Drama. Ich bin noch nie unter 2 Stunden dort raus gekommen. Dr Novak mag kompetent sein, zumindest bei einigen Dingen, aber das bekommt man nur am Rande mit, weil er kaum mit einem über Diagnosen spricht. Sein Kontaktlinsenoptiker bekäme 5 Sterne, wenn ich das trennen könnte. The waiting times - if you have to see the doctor yourself - are a drama. I've never gotten out there under 2 hours. Dr Novak may be competent, at least for some things, but you only get along marginally because he hardly talks to you about diagnoses. His contact lens optician would get 5 stars if I could separate that.

Nicht nur denken wir, dass er ein absolut kompetenter Arzt ist, auch sein gesamtes Team ist wirklich großartig und agiert sehr einfühlsam und wertschätzend mit den Kindern. Wir können Herrn Novak und sein Team nur empfehlen! We went to Mr. Novak's practice yesterday, September 28th, 2021, as the whole family (2 adults and 2 kids, 3 and 4 years old) and we are absolutely satisfied. Not only do we think that he is an absolutely competent doctor, his entire team is really great and acts very empathetically and appreciatively with the children. We can only recommend Mr. Novak and his team!
f	frank frei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dr. novak ist ein ueberaus kompetenter, einfuehlsamer, genauer, sehr guter arzt und diagnostiker. dazu noch eine gute prise humor, etwas das ich sehr schätze. nie werd ich vergessen, dass er mal, obwohl er schon am gehen war, mich noch dran genommen hat, weil ich unbegruendet ängstlich wegen meines augendrucks war. er die vor allem psychische not erkannte die ich hatte damit und alles nochmals hochfuhr, mich ansah und beruhigte. praxis top ausgestattet und modern und ein liebevolles team noch dazu.
