Habe wegen eines Termin für meine Überweisung angerufen, die Dame sagte: Sie habe kein Termin vor November, aber ich könne vorbeikommen, Zeit mitbringen und warten! Habe ich gemacht. Nur nach 1 Stunde wahr ich mit warten und Untersuchung fertig! Top Service I can only report good. The receptionist friendly and nice and Mr. Dr. Reisner very competent and just as friendly. Called for an appointment for my transfer, the lady said: She has no appointment before November, but I can come over, bring time and wait! I have made. Only after 1 hour I'm done with waiting and investigation! Top service
A	Andreas Baumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde am Empfang sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Nachdem ich den Arzt darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde die Dame noch in Schutz genommen. Termin trotz Schmerzen habe ich keinen bekommen. Bin bei einem Arzt noch nie so unfreundlich behandelt worden. Ist ein absolutes No-Go. Was treated very unfriendly at the front desk. After I pointed this out to the doctor, the lady was taken under protection. I didn't get an appointment despite the pain. I've never been treated so rudely by a doctor. Is an absolute no-go.
T	Thomas Zottele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich, stellte haarsträubende Diagnosen, erkannte ein fortgeschrittenes Krebsgeschwür nicht als solches und wollte mich stattdessen mit Antibiotika behandeln. Gott sei Dank sah mein Hausarzt diese Diagnose sehr kritisch und leitete mich an den richtigen Urologen weiter. Very unfriendly, made hair-raising diagnoses, did not recognize an advanced cancerous ulcer as such and wanted to treat me with antibiotics instead. Thank goodness my family doctor was very critical of this diagnosis and referred me to the right urologist.
G	Guenter Proeckl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin schon seit Jahren Kunde bei Dr. Reisner und kann nur das Beste berichten-sehr nette und freundliche Assistentin und absolut kompetenter Arzt. Dass die Wartezeiten oft länger sind, ist bei jedem Facharzt so und dass es Wartezeiten in der Ordination gibt ist auch normal und es wäre äußerst ungerecht Patienten die einen Termin haben, zusätzlich warten zu lassen. Und manche Kommentare sind unpassend und verletzend gegenüber der sehr netten und freundlichen Assistentin.. I've been a customer of Dr. Reisner and can only report the best - very nice and friendly assistant and absolutely competent doctor. The fact that the waiting times are often longer is the case with every specialist and that there are waiting times in the ordination is also normal and it would be extremely unfair to have patients who have an appointment to wait additionally. And some comments are inappropriate and hurtful to the very nice and friendly assistant ..
E	E.Sch. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebes Team - Dr. Reisner! Ich kann ihnen an dieser Stelle nur mein vollstes Lob aussprechen. Ich war 2014 schon einmal bei ihnen in Behandlung. Schon dort hat alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit funktioniert. Und auch diesmal war es bei der Terminvergabe sehr professionell und ein sehr schönes Erlebnis (Der nächste Arztbesuch liegt noch vor mir). Ihre Assistentin ist alles andere als unhöflich (und was sonst noch in den Rezensionen steht). Sie war sehr freundlich, höflich und sehr bemüht einen passenden Termin für mich zu finden. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön von meiner Seite :-) Dear team - Dr. Reisner! At this point I can only express my full praise. I was treated by them once in 2014. Already there everything worked to my complete satisfaction. And this time it was very professional and a very nice experience when I made the appointment (the next doctor's visit is still ahead of me). Your assistant is far from rude (and whatever else is in the reviews). She was very friendly, polite and tried very hard to find a suitable date for me. A big thank you from my side :-)
M	MICHAEL PETER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Sprechstundenhilfe. Auch ausserhalb der ordinationszeiten werden Patienten auf der Warteliste zwecks freien Terminen kontaktiert. Dr. Reisner selber habe ich als sehr gründlich erlebt, der sich ausreichend Zeit nimmt und sämtliche Informationen verständlich Kommuniziert. Very friendly office hours help. Patients on the waiting list are also contacted outside of the ordination hours for free appointments. Dr. I experienced Reisner himself as very thorough, who takes enough time and communicates all information in an understandable manner.

Es sind vom Empfang bis zum Arzt alle sehr kompetent und überaus freundlich????Dankeschön dafür? Für die Menschen, die sehr negative und beleidigende Bewertungen geschrieben haben, denen möchte ich sagen......wie man in den Wald hinein ruft, so kommt es zurück ? My husband N. Libardi and I can highly recommend this practice. From the reception to the doctor, everyone is very competent and extremely friendly????Thank you for that? For the people who have written very negative and insulting reviews, I would like to tell them ...... how to call into the forest , so it comes back ?

Ich bin schon seit meinem Jugendalter immer wieder bei Herrn Dr. Reisner und kann ihn nur als sehr kompetent, nett und genau bezeichnen. Nie wurde ich unhöflich behandelt. Ganz im Gegenteil. Hier wird sich Zeit für den Patienten genommen. Ich persönlich kann die schlechte Kritik nicht verstehen. Very nice, courteous assistant. Empathic and competent. I've been with Dr. Reisner and can only describe him as very competent, nice and precise. I was never treated rude. But on the contrary. Time is taken here for the patient. Personally, I cannot understand the bad criticism.
