Unfriendly lady at the reception I would have needed an appointment because of an eye exam for a license extension which you have to pay privately and she said I should come back in 2 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anruf 14.8.18 Termin. Erst im Jänner. Brille wird dringend benötigt. Aussage von der Telefonistin: ist vielleicht für Sie wichtig, aber für den Arzt nicht "dringlich". Sitze arbeitstechnisch den ganzen Tag vor dem Computer und sehe alles nur mehr verschwommen. In der Nähe kein anderer Augenarzt verfügbar. Eine absolute Frechheit diese unqualifizierte Aussage!!!!
Call 8/14/18 appointment. Not until January. Glasses are urgently needed. Statement from the operator: may be important for you, but not "urgent" for the doctor. Technically, sit in front of the computer the whole day and see everything blurred. No other ophthalmologist available nearby. An absolute cheek this unqualified statement !!

Wie andere hier einen plötzlich dringenden Brillenbedarf ohne Arztbesuch feststellen ist mir rätselhaft, längere Wartezeiten auf einen Termin bei Kassenärzten ist normal... und wenn es wirklich nur eine dringend neue Brille ist, kann man dies bei jeden Optiker kontrollieren und machen lassen..., naja.
Super friendly to children and parents, very competent and professional staff - practice clean and modern!
How others suddenly discover an urgent need for glasses without a doctor's visit is puzzling to me, longer waiting times for an appointment with a statutory health insurance physician is normal ... and if it is really just an urgent need for new glasses, you can have this checked and done by any optician ... well
