T	Tschelineee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hütter ist eigentlich sehr nett, jedoch die Ordniationshilfen sehr unfreundlich und sie nehmen junge Erwachsene leider nicht ernst. Wartezeiten unerträglich lange. Schade um die ansich sehr kompetente Ärztin. Dr. Hütter is actually very nice, but the aids are very unfriendly and unfortunately they do not take young adults seriously. Waiting times unbearably long. Pity about the very competent female doctor.

Es ist wirklich anstrengend, werde mir das definitiv nicht nochmal geben und Arzt wechseln, LG. Dann hab ich nochmal 3 Wochen auf meinen Termin gewartet, bin dann hingefahren (30km) stand aber vor verschlossener Tür. Die haben meinen Termin wieder abgesagt ohne mir es mitzuteilen. Bis heute haben sie sich nicht gemeldet. I waited 2 months for my appointment. On the day they called me that we have to postpone the appointment. Then I waited another 3 weeks for my appointment, then I went there (30km) but was in front of a locked door. They have canceled my appointment again without telling me. They have not contacted each other so far.
B	Bianca Winter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Ärztin bin begeistert. War wegen Schwangerschaft bei Ihr zum ersten mal. Sehr einfühlsam hört zu und erklärt gut. Wartezeiten ok wie bei einem gut besuchten Arzt normal muss man halt warten dafür wird sich zeit für einen genommen. Super doctor am thrilled. Was with her for the first time because of pregnancy. Very sensitive listens and explains well. Waiting times ok as with a well-visited doctor normally you have to wait for that, it takes time for you.

Allerdings warte ich trotz Termin jedes Mal mindestens 1,5 Std oft sogar länger, bisdas ich dran komme. Warum weiß ich nicht. Es ist immer ziemlich nervig und ich überlege, deswegen den Arzt zu wechseln. Ich habe noch bei keinem Arzt erlebt, dass ich so lange warten muss. Und es ist ja keine Ausnahme, sondern jedes Mal. Sehr schade. The doctor is really nice and very empathetic. I feel good with her. However, despite the appointment, I often wait at least 1.5 hours longer before my turn. I do not know why. It's always pretty annoying and I'm thinking about changing doctors because of it. I have never seen a doctor where I have to wait so long. And it's not an exception, it's every time. It's a shame.

Früher in Herzogenburg war es noch schlimmer, da wartete man oft 2-3 Stunden. Trotz Termin. Heute sind es zumindest "nur" noch 1,5 - 2 Stunden. Manchmal kam es vor, dass das Wartezimmer in der Früh oder nach der Mittagszeit schon voll war, und die Ärztin aber überhaupt noch nicht da war. Dr. Hütter selbst ist sehr sanft, geduldig und einfühlsam. Manchmal etwas gestresst, aber nie grob oder unfreundlich. Das Personal draußen total lieb und nett. Ja, ich hatte auch einen Termin, aber es gibt andere Patienten auch noch und manche haben halt mehr zu besprechen und andere weniger, das kann eine Ordihilfe im Voraus auch nicht erahnen. Dr. Hütter ist sehr sehr nett! Wurde mit meinem Anliegen endlich mal ernst genommen. Sehr kompetente Ärztin! Die Damen am Schalter waren sehr freundlich. Auch die telefonische Terminvereinbarung hat super geklappt! Gehe sicher wieder hin. Wenn ich warten muss, dann hab ich eh ein Buch dabei. Was there for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Mit Wartezeiten vorm Termin muss man rechnen, aber bei welchem Arzt muss man das nicht? Sehr freundlich, geht sehr gut auf jeden ein und auch sehr vorsichtig bei Untersuchungen.
