The investigation was superficial, with zero empathy and zero sympathy. So not only professionally but also humanly unsuitable for the job as a doctor.

Am besten man kommt bereits mit einer Diagnose und Rezeptwunsch, dann könnte es klappen. Und die Freundlichkeit lässt leider auch zu wünschen übrig. NEVER AGAIN! This man has obviously missed his job. Examination - no result ... It is best to come with a diagnosis and a prescription request, then it could work. And the friendliness unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired.

Ich kann nur jedem, der sich Verständnis und Emphatie erhofft oder psychische Hilfe und Unterstützung braucht empfehlen, diesen Arzt großräumig zu meiden. I cannot and do not want to rate the technical competence here, but there is a very clear minus for human qualities. I can only recommend everyone who is hoping for understanding and empathy or who needs psychological help and support to avoid this doctor on a large scale.
5	58 tba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimm. Man wartet sehr lange und dazuu sehr frech. Um 8 wird geöffnet aber man muss trotzdemm draußen warten bis sie Türe aufmachen.. Terrible. You wait a very long time and, at the same time, very cheeky. It opens at 8 but you still have to wait outside until they open the door ..

Wie mehrere in den Bewertungen eh schon erwähnt haben fange ich gleich mit der Höflichkeit an, die nicht da war !! Man nennt die Beschwerden und bekommt direkt eine Diagnose ohne dass man abgetastet oder abgehört wird (Magenbeschwerden bei mir der Fall). Man bekommt das Gefühl er möchte die Patienten einfach nur so schnell wie möglich loswerden ohne sie richtig zu untersuchen. Auch wurde ich wegen meiner Religion dumm angemacht, in die Details möchte ich hier nicht gehen. Also einfach nur eine Katastrophe. Keine Höflichkeit, nicht hilfreich. Indescribably bad !! I actually only went there because my family doctor was currently unavailable and it was urgent on my part. As several in the reviews have already mentioned, I'll start with the courtesy that wasn't there !! You name the complaints and get a direct diagnosis without being scanned or wiretapped (stomach complaints are the case with me). You get the feeling that you just want to get rid of the patients as quickly as possible without properly examining them. I was also turned on stupidly because of my religion, I don't want to go into the details here. So just a catastrophe. Not courtesy, not helpful.

Dr. Frantz zeichnet sich durch ganzheitliches Wissen der Medizin durch alle Bereiche hindurch aus. Meine Untersuchung kam dem Wissen eines Orthopäden gleich, wer kann und macht das noch? Ich bin seit langem nicht so gut betreut gewesen! Very friendly doctor and very nice assistants who can still listen. dr Frantz is characterized by holistic knowledge of medicine through all areas. My examination was equivalent to the knowledge of an orthopedist, who can and still does this? I haven't been looked after this well in a long time!
