Alle sind sehe freundlich und der Arzt der unsere Tochter angeschaut hat (Orthopäde) war auch sehr freundlich obwohl unsere 18 Monate junge Tochter Angst hatte. Zum Schluss war alles OK Gott sein Dank der Arzt gab uns noch ein paar Tipps und es war wieder alles super. Wir kennen das auch anders wie zum Beispiel beim Orthopäden in Leoben ? We were there with our little daughter, everything was just great. Everyone is very friendly and the doctor who looked at our daughter (orthopedist) was also very friendly although our 18 month old daughter was scared. In the end everything was OK. Thank god the doctor gave us a few tips and everything was great again. We know it differently, for example at the orthopedic surgeon in Leoben ?

Es ist allerdings nicht in Ordnung, wenn man einen Termin vereinbart hat und mehr als zwei Stunden über den Termin warten muss. Diese Koordination ist speziell für ältere Personen nicht geeignet. Verständnis für einwandfreie Behandlung natürlich eingerechnet, aber zwei Stunden sind mindestens eine Stunde zu viel. De Antwort der Vorzimmerdame: es dauert so lange wie es dauert! , war in diesem Fall auch nicht förderlich. Dr. Berner as a doctor is certainly rated with five stars. However, it is not okay to have an appointment and to wait more than two hours for the appointment. This coordination is not suitable for older people. Of course, understanding for proper treatment is included, but two hours is at least an hour too much. Finds schade, werde nicht mehr hingehen.... dr Berner very nice and precise, his receptionist on the other hand very unfriendly (an elderly lady). It's a shame, won't be going again...
