Sie nimmt sich viel Zeit für jeden einzelnen Patienten und bespricht ausführlich Befunde. Überaus zuvorkommend sind auch die Ordinationsassistentinen , die ich für ihre Geduld bei manchen Patienten bewundere. Also sehr sehr empfehlenswert. I am super satisfied. Very nice and clean ordination. Ms. Dr Alam is really knowledgeable and friendly. She takes a lot of time for each individual patient and discusses findings in detail. The practice assistants, whom I admire for their patience with some patients, are also extremely courteous. So very, very recommendable.

Frau Doktor hat sich Zeit für meine Anliegen genommen, die ausreichende und verlässliche Aufklärung und wie es gehört, nach ein paar Tage beschwerdefrei!!!!! A good doctor's office, friendly staff. The doctor took time for my concerns, the adequate and reliable explanation and, as it should be, after a few days symptom-free !!!!!

Sowohl Frau Dr. als auch die beiden Ordinationsassistentinen sind wirklich sehr nett und nehmen sich für jeden ausreichend Zeit. Ich empfehle diese Praxis gerne weiter :) This week I was with Dr. Alam and I am very satisfied! Both Dr. as well as the two ordination assistants are really very nice and take enough time for everyone. I am happy to recommend this practice :)
J	Just Maki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinem Besuch in der Ordination wirkte sie komplett überfordert, verwirrt und dadurch hat Frau Dr. Alam einen unprofessionellen, keinen hilfsbereiten Eindruck hinterlassen, unhöflich. Als Patient habe ich ihr im Vorfeld per Email mein Anliegen einige Tage vor dem Besuch geschildert und es sollte alles unkompliziert ablaufen. Ihre medizinische Kompetenz hält sich auch begrenzt. Neue Ordinationsassistentinen können einfache medizinische Zusammenhänge zusammenbringen. Nicht empfehlenswert. When I visited the surgery, she seemed completely overwhelmed and confused, and as a result, Dr. Alam left an unprofessional, unhelpful impression, rude. As a patient, I emailed her about my concerns a few days before the visit and everything was supposed to be uncomplicated. Their medical expertise also remains limited. New office assistants can bring together simple medical connections. Not recommended.

Auch lobend zu erwähnen sind die Damen beim Empfang die auch sehr geduldig sind. Ein gutes Team wo man gerne als Patient hingeht…weiter so??? Very competent doctor! Takes her time and listens, most of all she tries to help you. You are welcome as a person. Also worth mentioning are the ladies at the reception who are also very patient. A good team where you like to go as a patient ... keep it up???

m	martina dro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience of my life - and I lived in 9 countries, have seen few doctors. No empathy at all and no listening abilities, just to name a few. Super unprofessional, just a fancy room to cover the absolute lack of abilities and knowledge.
