Der Empfang kann weit besser, einfühlsamer und hilfsbereiter besetzt sein, besonders beim Erstbesuch einer Schülerin. Am Freitag um 14h um einen dringenden Rückruf zu bitten und dann ins Wochenende zu gehen entspricht nicht meinen Vorstellungen einer kompetenten medizinischen Ansprechperson. So etwas habe ich bisher noch niemals erlebt und kann nur dringend abraten. Zu viele Patienten, kein Zeitmanagement und eine ständig überforderte Sprechstunden(nicht)hilfe I don't think it's appropriate to have a waiting time of more than one hour for an appointment with a doctor, as a health insurance provider can also be consulted. The reception can be far better, more empathetic and helpful, especially when visiting a student for the first time. Asking for an urgent call back on Friday at 2 p.m. and then going on the weekend does not meet my expectations of a competent medical contact person. Sie war unfreundlich, hat über mich gelacht und sehr unpassende Kommentare geschoben. Sie hat mir ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel verkauft, dieses war seit Februrar abgelaufen! My worst visit to the gynecologist I was greeted by Dr. Matal recommended by my colleague. She was rude, laughed at me and made very inappropriate comments. She sold me a dietary supplement that had expired in February!
