Echt kompliziert im Ernstfall wahrscheinlich daher umsonst. Komisches Konzept. Without appointment one must not come, to the ordination times nearly impossible to reach someone by telephone therefore also no appointment possible. Really complicated in an emergency probably therefore in vain. Funny concept.

Seit 10 Jahren "meine Hausärztinnen"-trotz Umzug in den Süden der Stadt Salzburg nehme ich es gern in Kauf nach Wals zu fahren wenn Not am Mann! Immer freundlich, immer kompetent, einfach nur top! Best doctors around Salzburg and great team! For 10 years, "my family doctors" -trotz relocation to the south of the city of Salzburg, I take it like to drive to Wals to drive if need be! Always friendly, always competent, just great!
K	Kurt Lercher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit etwa 20 Jahren "meine" Hausärztinnen. Top :) Die neuen Assistentinnen sind auch voll okay. Vielleicht bräuchte es noch eine Telefonistin. For about 20 years "my" family doctors. Top :) The new assistants are okay too. Maybe another operator would be needed.

Für jeden positiven Anruf muss ich jedesmal zwischen 11 und 19 x anrufen, um jemanden zu erreichen. Auch bei den angegebenen Zeiten, in denen man zwecks Terminvereinbarungen anrufen soll, läuft das Band!! Ich bin es so leid! The doctors are very competent. If you ever reach the ordination aids, they too. For every positive call, I have to call between 11 and 19 times to reach someone. Even at the times indicated, when you should call to make an appointment, the tape runs !! I am so sorry!
K	Katharina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich persönlich muss sagen, dass die neuen Assistentinnen wirklich toll sind & spreche hier ein großes Lob für die beiden aus! Dass das Telefon bei dem Patientenaufkommen & des hohen Arbeitsaufwandes nicht ganz zur 100% Zufriedenheit für alle bewältigbar ist, ist zwar manches Mal ein wenig nervenaufreibend, jedoch verstehe ich hier auch ihre Seite. Ich finde aber, dass sie stets zuvorkommend und immer bemüht sind und auch eine sehr positive Ausstrahlung haben. Hier hat sich einiges zum Positiven verändert. Fr. Dr. Grossmann finde ich auch als Ärztin sehr empathisch und sie steht einem immer mit Rat & Tat zur Seite. : ) Personally, I have to say that the new assistants are really great & I would like to praise them both! The fact that the phone cannot be managed to 100% satisfaction for everyone with the number of patients and the high workload is sometimes a little nerve-wracking, but I also understand your side here. I think, however, that they are always courteous and always make an effort and also have a very positive charisma. A lot has changed for the better here. Dr. I also find Grossmann very empathetic as a doctor and she is always at your side with advice and assistance. :)
S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das diese Frau noch praktizieren darf, wundert mich jetzt wirklich. Frau Grossmann ist die schlechteste Ärztin die ich jemals kennengelernt habe. Das einzige was sie gut kann, ist es Krankmeldung zu schreiben. In der Diagnostik hat sich die Frau gröbste Fehler erlaubt. Bei ihr ist eine unbehandelt tödliche Krankheit, plötzlich ein Grippaler Infekt. Ich kann wirklich keinen Menschen empfehlen diese Praxis zu betreten. Wer da mit Kindern hingeht, ist grob fahrlässig! That this woman is still allowed to practice, really amazes me now. Mrs. Grossmann is the worst doctor I have ever met. The only thing she is good at is writing sick notes. In diagnostics, the woman has allowed herself the grossest mistakes. She has an untreated fatal illness, suddenly a flu-like infection. I really cannot recommend anyone entering this practice. Anyone who goes there with children is grossly negligent!
