Fühlte mich nicht ernst genommen. Hat kein Einfühlungsvermögen...war das letzte Mal bei ihr.
 Am disappointed by Fr. Madlener.
I did not feel taken seriously. Has no empathy ... was with her the last time.

It is rare that I felt so comfortable with a doctor. A great diagnostician, a super friendly team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit der Dr. Sturn nicht mehr da ist, bin ich nun zum Dritten mal bei seiner Vertretung ,,Madlener‘‘gewesen. Heute (21.11.2019). So unfreundlich Respektlos war Ihr Umgang mir gegenüber, fiel mir immer ins Wort. Sie machte den Eindruck als ob sie auf der Flucht wäre.Bezüglich zu meiner Gesundheit konnte sie mir keine konkrete Auskunft geben. Sie wollte auch keine Untersuchungen durchführen obwohl von einem Facharzt eine weitere Untersuchung/Abklärung gewünscht war.!(Befund) Bei Ihrer Aussage: ,,nimm die Tabletten weiter bis der Osterhase kommt‘‘ war mir eindeutig klar ,dass ich am falschen Ort war.
Since the Dr. Sturn is no longer there, I am now for the third time at his representation "Madlener" was. Today (21.11.2019). So rude Disrespectful was your dealings with me, I always interrupted. She made the impression as if she was on the run. Regarding my health, she could not give me specific information. She also did not want to carry out any examinations, although a further examination / clarification was required by a specialist! (Findings) In your statement: "continue to take the tablets until the Easter bunny arrives" it was clear to me that I was in the wrong place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes und quirliges Personal, genau das richtige. Gerade, wenn man für den Besuch nicht so schöne Umstände hat.
Dr. Sturn selbst, lässt sich Zeit und geht bei Behandlungen auch auf Wünsche des Patienten ein. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Very nice and lively staff, just the thing. Especially if the circumstances for the visit are not so nice.
dr Sturn himself, takes his time and also responds to the patient's wishes during treatments. We recommend.
