Frau Dr.in Hotico ist sehr kompetent und hat eine ruhige Art, die ich als äußerst angenehm empfunden habe. Ab sofort bleibe ich bei ihr. Update: Die Praxis wurde jetzt auch formal von Frau Dr.in Cristina Hotico übernommen, von deren zahnärztlichen Künsten ich sehr angetan bin. Auch heute konnte sie mir wieder schnell und (nahezu) schmerzfrei bei einem abgebrochenen Zahn helfen. Danke auch an die sehr freundlichen Assistentinnen der Praxis. Ich kann meine Empfehlung nur wiederholen. I needed an appointment at very short notice and was able to come over the same day. Dr.in Hotico is very competent and has a calm manner that I found extremely pleasant. From now on I will stay with her. Update: The practice has now also been formally taken over by Dr. Cristina Hotico, whose dental skills I am very impressed with. Today she was able to help me with a broken tooth again quickly and (almost) painlessly. Thanks also to the very friendly assistants in the practice. I can only repeat my recommendation.

Hab ich noch bei keinem anderen Zahnarzt erlebt und ich war bei vielen Super friendly staff, even when emergency service is on. Always ask how you are doing during treatment. Das finde ich aber nicht so schlimm, da man bei so einem Beruf nicht so gut planen kann, wann der nächste kommen soll. Das Warten war angenehm, da die Sesseln in dem Wartezimmer angenehm waren, man konnte Magazine lesen und wir waren auch nur zu zweit was mir in Corona Zeiten wichtig ist. Von der Krankenschwester war ich im Endeffekt sehr zufrieden, obwohl sie mir keinen besten ersten Eindruck gelassen hat. Aber danach habe ich gesehen, dass sie nur gestresst war und ihre Arbeit gut machte. Die Ärztin war sehr gut, nett und sympathisch. Sie war sehr professionell und hat mir gute Erklärungen gegeben. Zusammen sind sie ein guter Team. Es hat sicher nicht länger als 20 Minuten gedauert und ich bin zufrieden Heim gegangen! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder gehen und ich empfehle es jedem weiter! I made an appointment and I had to wait about 1 hour. But I don't think that's that bad, because with such a job you can't plan when the next one should come. The wait was pleasant because the armchairs in the waiting room were pleasant, you could read magazines and there were only two of us, which is important to me in Corona times. In the end, I was very satisfied with the nurse, even though she didn't give me the best first impression. But after that I saw that she was just stressed out and doing her job well. The doctor was very good, nice and personable. She was very professional and gave me good explanations. Together they are a good team. It certainly didn't take more than 20 minutes and I went home satisfied! I will definitely go again and I recommend it to everyone!

Die Ordination war mir bisher völlig fremd & so hatte ich anfangs auch meine Zweifel. Es wurde eine Wurzelbehandlung durchgeführt, sodass ich insgesamt 3mal in die Ordination kommen durfte. Heute (2 Wochen nach Erstkontakt) hatte ich die letzte Behandlung & bin wieder vollkommen schmerzfrei. Vielen Dank, ich habe mich bei Ihnen sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt! After I got a severe toothache on December 25th, 2020, I had to call an emergency dentist service for the first time. The ordination was completely alien to me until now & so I had my doubts at first. A root canal treatment was carried out so that I was allowed to come to the ordination three times. Today (2 weeks after first contact) I had the last treatment and am completely free of pain again. Thank you, I felt that I was in very good hands with you!
