Doktor, daß sie uns mit Ihrer Liebevollen, einfühlsamen und gefühlvollen Art den Abschied leichter gemacht haben. Unfortunately we had to put our darling fairy to sleep last week. Thank you Mr. Doctor, that you made it easier for us to say goodbye with your loving, sensitive and soulful manner.

Meine neue Katze Kiwi hatte am Spätnachmittqg plötzlich ein total angeschwollenes Auge und bei meinem Anruf wurden wir sofort eingeschoben. Im Warteraum habe ich zwei langjährige Kundinnen getroffen, die mir beide erzählt haben, wie toll Dr. Zwetkoff ist – und der Meinung muss ich mich anschließen. Sowohl der Arzt selbst als auch die Assistentin Claudia waren sehr liebevoll und vorsichtig mit meiner Kleinen. Er war sehr gründlich und hat sich Zeit genommen (trotzdem sind wir nicht lange im Wartezimmer gesessen). Außerdem bedenkt er auch, wie schwierig bestimmte Medikamente zu verabreichen sind aus Frauchen-Sicht; deshalb hat er mir Tropfen statt einer Salbe mitgegeben und ein Schmerzmittel, das ins Futter kann und nicht unbedingt direkt ins Maul gespritzt werden muss. Gerade solche Überlegungen finde ich immer besonders lobenswert! Übrigens: Preislich ist diese Praxis mehr als in Ordnung! First appointment there and I'm already impressed! My new cat Kiwi suddenly had a totally swollen eye late in the afternoon and when I called we were immediately put in. In the waiting room, I met two long-time customers who both told me how great Dr. Zwetkoff is - and I have to agree with that opinion. Both the doctor himself and the assistant Claudia were very loving and careful with my little one. He was very thorough and took his time (although we didn't sit in the waiting room long). He also considers how difficult it is to administer certain medications from the owner's point of view; That's why he gave me drops instead of an ointment and a painkiller that can be put in the food and doesn't necessarily have to be injected directly into the mouth. I always find such considerations particularly commendable! By the way: In terms of price, this practice is more than reasonable!
