Abgesehen davon, man bekommt einen Termin und hat keine Wartezeiten, man wird sehr gut aufgeklärt von ihr über den Zustand des Tieres und untersucht sehr genau?Da könnten sich einige TA ein Stück abschneiden Dr. Ouschan is a very competent, warm and helpful vet, I can only recommend her??. E	Elmar Kordik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nette Tierärztin, um eine gute Dermatologin zu finden muß man aus Graz nach Klagenfurt fahren... Sie hat sich um unseren 12 jährigen Briard Rüden Fin rührend gekümmert. Nachdem er dann in Graz aufgrund ihrer exakt richtigen Verdachtsdiagnose operiert wurde hat sie sich weiter mehrfach von selbst nach seinem Befinden erkundigt. Es gab leider postoperativ nicht erwartbare, lebensbedrohliche Komplikationen. Frau Dr. Kreil-Ouschan hat sich weiter telefonisch und per mail mit hilfreichen Tips in die Nachbehandlung eingebracht, jetzt geht es unserem Wuff endlich wieder gut. Unser Hund war einmalig in der Praxis, sie hat sich wirklich viel Zeit für uns genommen und ein absolut unterdurchschnittliches Honorar verlangt. Für die aufwendige Nachbetreuung auf Distanz hat sie nur auf mehrmalige Aufforderung eine bescheidene Honorarnote gelegt, von ihr aus wäre das sonst wahrscheinlich kostenloses Service gewesen. Absolut empfehlenswert, 6 von 5 Sternen!!! Super nice vet, to find a good dermatologist you have to drive from Graz to Klagenfurt... She took great care of our 12 year old Briard male Fin. After he was then operated on in Graz due to her suspected diagnosis being exactly correct, she kept asking about his health several times. Unfortunately, there were unforeseeable, life-threatening complications postoperatively. Miss Dr. Kreil-Ouschan continued to get involved by phone and e-mail with helpful tips for the follow-up treatment, now our woof is finally doing well again. Our dog was unique in the practice, she really took a lot of time for us and asked for a fee that was absolutely below average. For the time-consuming follow-up care at a distance, she only paid a modest fee when asked several times, otherwise it would probably have been a free service from her point of view. Highly recommended, 6 out of 5 stars!!!
