★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Ausmachen eines Termins ist sehr schwierig. Telefonisch ist meist niemand erreichbar und der Termin der über die Website ausgemacht wurde, wurde 1h vorher per Mail abgesagt.
 Making an appointment is very difficult. By telephone, most people can not be reached and the appointment made via the website was canceled 1 hour in advance by e-mail.

Jedesmal muss ich 20 mal anrufen bis ich durchkomme!!
Manchmal komme ich gar nicht durch!!!
