Das Telefonat wurde von der Telefonistin einfach ohne weiteres beendet. Sowas ist eine Frechheit! Rude operator. After asking for an earlier appointment, she became totally rude. Not even the first appointment offered was given. The operator simply ended the call. What a cheek!
