M	Marina Primus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 - 3 Stunden Wartezeit, obwohl man seit 6 Monaten seinen Termin hat. Für 7 jährige Tochter wohlgemerkt ?‍♀️ 2 - 3 hours waiting time, although you have had your appointment for 6 months. For 7 year old daughter mind you ?‍♀️
S	Sandra Murnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal nett. Zuerst 2 Monate auf Termin warten und dann trotz Termin knappe 3 Stunden in Ordi warten - ich sehe hier den Sinn von einer Terminvergabe nicht! Demnach ist es sowieso unsinnig einen Termin zu machen. Personen werden irgendwie dran genommen. Bei Akutfällen ist das natürlch normal und gut so, dass sie vorgezogen werden. Bei uns waren aber keine Akutfälle (zumindest machten sie nicht den Anschein) - Personen sind nach uns gekommen und vor uns gegangen! Wenn Zeit egal ist, ist die Ordi. in Ordnung! Staff nice. First wait 2 months for an appointment and then wait almost 3 hours in Ordi despite the appointment - I don't see the point in making an appointment here! So it makes no sense to make an appointment anyway. People are somehow taken on. In acute cases this is of course normal and a good thing that they are preferred. We didn't have any acute cases (at least they didn't appear to be) - people came after us and went before us! If time doesn't matter, it's Ordi. okay!
J	Johann Maurer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fr. Dr. Malle ist eine äußerst Fachkundige, genaue Ärztin die auf ihre Patienten eingeht, ihnen zuhört und sich Zeit nimmt. Die Assistentin ist sympathisch und freundlich und es gibt kaum Wartezeiten.Termine werden eingehalten auch wenn ab und zu Akutfälle vorgezogen werden, was verständlich ist. Bei der gewissenhaften Untersuchung wird viel Zeit aufgewendet! Man fühlt sich in guten Händen. Die Ordination und Optometrischen Geräte sind aktuellster Stand und werden Fachkundig eingesetzt. Zu Frau Doktor Malle immer wider gerne Johann Maurer Dr. Malle is an extremely knowledgeable, accurate doctor who cares about her patients, listens to them and takes her time. The assistant is personable and friendly and there are hardly any waiting times. Appointments are kept even if acute cases are brought forward from time to time, which is understandable. A lot of time is spent in the conscientious examination! You feel in good hands. The ordination and optometric devices are state of the art and are used professionally. P	Petra Krenn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Erfahrung wurde scheinbar nicht von der Ärztin untersucht sondern von irgendeinem Arzt dessen Namen ich nicht erfuhr !!! Nach einem Mini Sehtest der sich nur auf die Kurzsichtigkeit bezog sagte er mir gleich dass ich sicher keine neue Brille brauche worum es mir eigentlich gar nicht ging ich wollte nur meine Augen untersuchen als Vorsorge !!! Wollte ich nur eine neue Brille kann ich jederzeit zu Hartlauer!! Echt eigenartig!!!! Very bad experience was apparently not examined by the doctor but by any doctor whose name I did not learn !!! After a mini eye test which only referred to myopia, he told me immediately that I certainly do not need new glasses what I did not really want I just wanted to examine my eyes as a precaution !!! I just wanted a new pair of glasses I can always Hartlauer !! Really strange !!!!

Waren mit unserer 7 Jährigen Tochter bei ihrer und laut ihren Ergebnissen war sie Kurzsichtig und bekam eine Brille. Doch da es in der Schule sich dan immer Verschlechtert hat mit der Leistung, vor allem in Deutsch beim schreiben, haben wir sie bei einen Anderen Augenarzt nochmal untersuchen lassen und wie es sich herausstellte war sie NICHT kurzsichtig und hat die komplett falsche Brille Verschrieben bekommen. Wir haben vom zweiten Augenarzt eine neue Brille bekommen und jetzt ist beim schreiben wieder alles super. Also bitte geht nicht zu dieser Ärztin. Unsere Kinder und mich wird sie nie wieder sehen. Usually, this ophthalmologist does not deserve a single star !! Were with our 7 year old daughter at her and according to her results, she was nearsighted and got glasses. But as it has always deteriorated in the dan dan performance, especially in German when writing, we have them examined again at another ophthalmologist and as it turned out she was NOT short-sighted and got the completely wrong glasses prescribed. We got a new pair of glasses from the second ophthalmologist and now everything is great when writing again. So please do not go to this doctor. Our children and me will never see her again.
L	Leon Stiff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte am heutige Tag um 11:40 Uhr einen Termin bei Frau Dr. Malle. Wie es jedoch scheint, ist die Ordination nicht in der Lage die Termine so zu vergeben, dass diese auch annähernd eingehalten werden können. Nach einer Wartezeit von ca. 1 Stunde habe ich mitbekommen, wie eine andere Patientin die Vorzimmerdame fragte, wie lange es denn noch dauern würde, da sie ja schon seit 2 Stunden warte... Ich habe daraufhin ebenfalls die Vorzimmerdame angesprochen und gefragt, ob ich in den nächsten 2 Stunden damit rechnen könne, dass ich dran komme. Sie war sich dabei nicht sicher und meinte nur es wären immer noch 5 Patienten vor mir (Dauer für einen Patienten beträgt ca. 30 Minuten). Da ich auf dem Tag noch andere Verpflichtungen hatte, musste ich meinen Arztbesuch abbrechen und ohne die Ärztin gesehen zu haben die Ordination verlassen. Wenn sich jemand also nicht den ganzen Tag für einen Arztbesuch frei halten kann, ist er an dieser Adresse leider falsch. Über die Ärztin an sich und ihre Kompetenzen kann ich leider nichts angeben, da ich leider nicht so weit gekommen bin. Had an appointment with Dr. Malle. However, it seems that the ordination is unable to assign the appointments in such a way that they can be kept to approximately. After waiting about 1 hour, I noticed how another patient asked the antechamber how long it would take, since she had been waiting for 2 hours ... I then addressed the antechamber lady and asked if I could count on me in the next 2 hours. She was not sure about it and just said there were still 5 patients in front of me (duration for one patient is about 30 minutes). Since I had other obligations during the day, I had to cancel my visit to the doctor and leave the ordination without seeing the doctor. So if someone cannot keep himself free all day for a doctor's visit, he is unfortunately wrong at this address. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about the doctor as such and her competencies, since I unfortunately did not get that far.

Meine Tochter hatte um 10 Uhr den Termin wurde für 1 Stunde weggeschickt, durfte eine Stunde im Vorhaus stehen (Coronamaßnahme, es dürfen nicht viele Personen im Wartebereich sich aufhalten) um 12 Uhr durfte sie im Wartebereich Platz nehmen. Auf Anfrage sind noch 2 Personen vor ihr dran, es wurden aber mehr Personen drangenommen (keine Akutfälle). Meine Tochter ist um 13.30 zur Ärztin (Vertretung) um 13.40 fertig Not recommended, no idea about scheduling. My daughter had the appointment sent away for 1 hour at 10 a.m., was allowed to stand in the vestibule for an hour (Corona measure, not many people are allowed to be in the waiting area) at 12 p.m. she was allowed to take a seat in the waiting area. On request, there are still 2 people in front of her, but more people were picked up (no acute cases). My daughter is ready to go to the doctor (substitute) at 1.40pm at 1.30pm
