Ich habe mich im Vorgespräch und bei der Untersuchung sehr wohl und professionell versorgt gefühlt. Besser gehts nicht! Alles wurde erklärt und meine unzähligen Fragen geduldig beantwortet. Das Trinken vorher fiel mir nicht besonders schwer, hat einfach sehr salzig geschmeckt, während der Untersuchung habe ich mich in einen Schlafzustand versetzen lassen und nachher habe ich auch überhaupt keine Schmerzen o.Ä. gehabt. Und war unglaublich erleichtert, dass ich diese wichtige Untersuchung gemacht habe. In sieben Jahren gerne wieder! The wait for the appointment for the colonoscopy was worth it, my family doctor was right in recommending that I go to Dr. Flatz to go! I felt very comfortable and professionally cared for in the preliminary talk and during the examination. It couldn't be better! Everything was explained and my countless questions patiently answered. Drinking before was not particularly difficult for me, it just tasted very salty, during the examination I let myself be put into a state of sleep and afterwards I had no pain or anything at all. And was incredibly relieved that I did this important investigation. Happy to do it again in seven years!

Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass Dr. Flatz sehr genau arbeitet, sich für die Patienten Zeit nimmt und alles für einen Laien verständlich erklärt.
