★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Terminvereinbarung kurz angebunden - Grund wahrscheinlich dadurch, da sie die Termine selbst vereinbart und man dann sein Problem eh beim Termin bespricht. Kurze Wartezeit bis zum Termin und auch im Wartezimmer!
Beim Termin selbst nimmt sie sich viel Zeit für Partienten. Sehr nett!
