A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr guter Arzt, der den Menschen zuhört und seine Probleme verstehen möchte. Da macht mir auch die teilweise lange Wartezeit nichts aus. A very good doctor who listens to people and wants to understand their problems. I don't mind the sometimes long wait times.

In der Ordination herrschte Chaos und verwirrung pur. Kundenservice am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent. I had a very bad experience with this surgery, I was ordered shoe inserts for €30 but I was supposed to pay €70. Chaos and pure confusion reigned in the ordination. Customer service on the phone very rude and incompetent.
L	Lana Christine Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich habe am 30.9 online einen Termin vereinbart für den 25.10 um 17:30 jetzt stehe ich seit 17:25uhr vor der Türe und keiner macht auf oder hebt ab da angeblich alle Leitungen besetzt sind obwohl man von der Tür aus hört dass das Telefon läutet! Bitte verschwenden sie nicht kostbare Zeit anderer Menschen wenn die Termine vergeben und dazu schreiben “erscheinen sie pünktlich” und man nicht dran genommen wird trotz Termin und nur vor der Türe steht.. ich bin seit knapp 18’min in der Warteschleife und nix tut sich weder wird abgehoben noch aufgemacht! Also ich würde es nicht empfehlen SORRY reine Zeit Verschwendung verstehe die ganzen positiven Bewertungen gar nicht! Aber laut ordinationszeit sollte offen sein und in diese 20min ist weder wer rein oder raus. So I made an appointment online on 9/30 for 10/25 at 5:30 p.m. now I've been standing in front of the door since 5:25 p.m. and nobody answers or picks up because all lines are supposedly busy although you can hear the phone ringing from the door ! Please do not waste other people's precious time if the appointments are assigned and you write “they appear on time” and you are not taken in spite of the appointment and just standing in front of the door .. I've been on hold for almost 18 minutes and nothing is happening neither is picked up nor opened! So I would not recommend it SORRY pure waste of time I don't understand all the positive reviews! But according to the ordination time it should be open and there is no one in or out during these 20 minutes.

Die Assistenten(besonders die Mirjeta) sind stets herzlich und bemüht. Der Arzt ist kompetent,humorvoll und nimmt sich Zeit für das Anliegen des Patienten. Sehr empfehlenswert für jemanden,der einen Orthopäden in Wien sucht. This is a friendly and well-equipped orthopedic ordination, located at Brunnenmarkt. All health insurances are accepted. Appointments are made quickly and smoothly. The assistants (especially Mirjeta) are always warm and eager. The doctor is competent, humorous and takes time for the patient's concerns. Highly recommended for someone looking for an orthopedic surgeon in Vienna.

Sein junges Ordinationsteam ist ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit. Termine bekommt man relativ rasch Kann diese Ordination auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. ?☀️ Dr. Schmidt - an orthopedic doctor who really takes his time. No 3 minutes "handling" per patient. Friendly, competent specialist. His young ordination team is also friendly and helpful. You get appointments relatively quickly Can definitely recommend this ordination. ?☀️

Auch die Ordinationsdamen sind sehr freundlich und bemüht werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und auch weiter empfehlen!! Great doctor takes his time with each patient, which is no longer a matter of course these days! The ordination ladies are also very friendly and will definitely try to come back and recommend them to others!!
