Er nimmt sich genug Zeit für jeden Patienten, ist kompetent und wirklich freundlich! Go for several years only to Dr. med. Graf, although I live at the other end of the city. Sie hat einen liebevollen und freundlichen Umgang mit den Patienten. S	Simon Meidling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Graf gibt irgendwelche Ratschläge (Handyapps, Webseiten, ...), ohne sich das Anliegen genau anzuhören oder sich die Krankheit anzusehen. Ist mir jetzt schon mehrmals passiert. Fachlichen Rat braucht man sich hier nicht zu erwarten. Schade! Dr. Graf gives advice of any kind (cell phone apps, websites, ...) without listening to the matter carefully or looking at the disease. Has happened to me several times now. You don't need to expect expert advice here. Pity!

Sie ist einfach top und freundlich mit den Patienten. Weiter so!!! Dr Graf is a great doctor! I especially like his ordination assistant Ms. Martyna Markiewicz. She is just great and friendly with the patients. Keep it up!!!

Bezüglich der Ordinationsassistentin muss ich leider den anderen zustimmen. Sie verdirbt mir jedes Mal die Laune. Sehr unfreundlich und frech. Very good doctor! Is always taking the time for me and I feel very comfortable with him. That's why 5 stars. Regarding the ordination assistant I have to agree with the other one. It spoils my mood every time. Very unfriendly and cheeky.
R	Reborn Pain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Graf ist ein sehr toller und netter Arzt. Ich geh schon zu ihm seit meiner Kindheit und hatte niemals den drang meinen Hausarzt zu wechseln. ABER diese ,,Assistentin"!!! ... Ich will nichts sagen aber sie könnte "ein wenig" freundlicher sein und ich weiß nicht was ich davon halten soll das sie Privatanrufe in der Arbeit entgegen nimmt. Dr. Graf is a very nice and nice doctor. I've been going to him since childhood and never had the urge to change my family doctor. BUT this "assistant" !!! ... I do not want to say anything but she could be "a little" friendlier and I do not know what to think of her taking private calls at work.

Ewige Wartezeiten und bei der Untersuchung, hat der Arzt nur ein Gefühl von Inkompetenz vermitteln können. Weder war der Versuch da, sich mein gesundheitliches Problem genau anzusehen, noch bin ich mit der Diagnose zufrieden. Nie wieder! There was no attempt to look closely at my health problem, nor am I satisfied with the diagnosis. Never again!
G	Gottfried Sodan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt und Ordinationsssistentin empathisch, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert, sehr gutes Zeitmanagement, Terminvergabe beim Erstkontakt ein bisschen kompliziert, ab dem Zweitbesuch vollkommen stresslos und rasch. Fazit: So geht Hausarzt! Doctor and ordination assistant empathetic, helpful and solution-oriented, very good time management, making appointments at the first contact a bit complicated, completely stress-free and quick from the second visit. Conclusion: this is how family doctor works!
