Auch freut mich die konsequente Umsetzung - wie ich an der 1-Stern Bewertung sehe. Lieber werde ich einmal weggeschickt (sicher ärgerlich), als immer wegen notorischen "Zuspätkommern" (verallgemeinert und nicht auf die 1-Sternbewertung bezogen) warten zu müssen. Gerade beim "Hausarzt" halte ich Terminisierungen für ein sehr schwieriges Unterfangen und hoffe das es funktioniert und sich durchsetzt! Long searched for General Practitioner in the area and find it excellent that appointments are possible. Also, I am pleased with the consistent implementation - as I see in the 1-star rating. I would rather be sent away once (certainly annoying) than always because of notorious "latecomers" (generalized and not related to the 1-star rating) to wait. Especially with the "family doctor" I consider terminations to be a very difficult undertaking and hope that it works and prevails!

Dr. Egger told me that I didn't need to see a specialist for my first issue because it would clear up by itself, but it didn't and I need surgery to fix it. She told me my second issue couldn't be diagnosed unless I paid for additional tests. This wasn't true and I got the tests through another doctor covered by my insurance. She told me my third issue could only be fixed by paying for a private specialist. Again this wasn't true as I got treatment through another doctor/specialist with my insurance. In conclusion, Dr. Egger wouldn't help me with anything unless I paid extra for it! I suffered for longer than necessary to find new doctors. Every issue I had was fixed by those other doctors and was 100% covered by my national health insurance.
