★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die "Empfangsdamen" sind Monster! Unfreundlich, gehässig, spöttisch, mit einem Wort UNMÖGLICH. Was nehmen sich diese Menschen das Recht heraus, andere so herablassend zu behandeln?! Frechheit. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt und lasse mir auch nicht mehr gefallen. Dieser Arzt, der sein Personal scheinbar nicht im Griff hat, hat eine Patientenfamilie verloren!!
The "receptionists" are monsters! Unfriendly, spiteful, mocking, in a word IMPOSSIBLE. What are these people taking out of the right to be so condescending to others ?! Cheek. I've never experienced anything like it and I don't like it anymore. This doctor, who doesn't seem to have his staff under control, has lost a patient family !!
