M	Margit Kröll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war sehr überrascht, als ich anrief und von meinen Augenschmerzen berichtete und sofort kommen konnte. Während der Wartezeit wurde vom sehr netten Personal einige Tests gemacht, die der Arzt benötigte. Der Arzt hat alles genau erklärt, dass ich es als Leihe auch verstehen konnte. Meine Wartezeit war ohne Termin ca. 1 Stunde. Es waren aber nicht viele Leute da. Als ich gegangen bin, waren westenlich mehr im Warteraum, die bestimmt länger warten mussten. Egal ob Arzt oder Mitarbeiterinnen - alle waren total freundlich, haben Geduld gezeigt mit dem ganzen Erklären (mehrere Tests, die ich machen musste) und ich werde ab jetzt immer hier zur Untersuchung gehen. I was very surprised when I called and reported my eye pain and was able to come immediately. During the waiting period, the very nice staff did some tests that the doctor needed. The doctor explained everything exactly that I could understand it as a loan. My waiting time was about 1 hour without an appointment. But there weren't many people there. When I left, there were more people in the waiting room in the west who would have had to wait longer. No matter whether doctor or staff - everyone was totally friendly, showed patience with the whole explanation (several tests that I had to do) and I will always go here for an examination from now on.

B	Barbara FIECHTL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe, dass es manchmal schwierig ist, in dieser Zeit die Nerven zu bewahren, aber ich habe es nicht nötig von einem Herrn Bleckenwegner gemaßregelt zu werden, ohne dass ich mich dazu äußern durfte. Meine Tochter hat eine Maskenbefreiung und ohne dass er hinterfragt warum, wurden wir beschuldigt, dass solche wie wir bzw meine Tochter, (ich hatte ja eine Maske auf) Schuld waren, dass die Ordination geschlossen werden musste, obwohl in der Schule die Kinder zu Tode getestet werden schon auf der sicheren Seite sind. Weiß ich, ob er getestet ist? Ich mag schon zu keinem Arzt mehr gehen und bin froh, wenn ich keinen brauche! Mich sieht er nicht mehr in seiner Ordination! Sozial und Arzt gehören zussammen. Ist hier nicht, vor allem habe ich eine Maske getragen und meine Tocher zur Behandlung dann auch. ( Meine Tochter ist dann seiner Bitte nachgekommen, diese im Behandlungszimmer aufzusetzen - war auch kein Problem. Meine Tochter hat sich gefühlt, als wäre sie ein Ekel. I understand that it is sometimes difficult to keep one's nerves during this time, but I don't need to be disciplined by a Mr. Bleckenwegner without being allowed to comment on it. My daughter has a mask exemption and without him questioning why, we were accused that people like us or my daughter (I had a mask on) were to blame for the ordination having to be closed, even though the children at school were dying be tested are already on the safe side. Do I know if it's tested? I don't want to go to a doctor anymore and I'm glad when I don't need one! He no longer sees me in his surgery! Social and doctor belong together. It's not here, first of all I wore a mask and then my daughter for treatment too. (My daughter then complied with his request to put it on in the treatment room - it wasn't a problem either. My daughter felt like she was a disgust.
