N	N. Sc. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe im Auftrag meiner 92-jährigen Großmutter, die aufgrund akuten Bluthochdrucks (sie hatte bereits 2 Schlaganfälle) heute erstmals zu Herrn Dr. Moser kam. Sie kam auf Empfehlung von Herrn Dr. Hubmann, nachdem sie bei ihrem bisherigen Hausarzt nicht mehr die Stiegen hinauf kommt. In der Praxis wurde sie nach telefonischer Anmeldung zwar nicht abgewiesen, aber von Herrn Dr. Moser mit einer Schärfe abgehandelt, die angesichts ihres hohen Alters und schlechten Gesundheitszustandes einfach ungebührlich ist. Ich verstehe, dass die Praxis sichtlich überlastet war. Das allein berechtigt aber nicht zu so einer empathielosen Behandlung von Risikopatienten. Fazit: Meiner Großmutter war "zum weinen". Da die Ordination ohnehin voll und überlastet ist, empfehle ich nach Möglichkeit Alternativen zu sondieren. I am writing on behalf of my 92-year-old grandmother who, due to acute high blood pressure (she has already had 2 strokes), is writing to Dr. Moser came. She came on the recommendation of Dr. Hubmann, after she no longer comes up the stairs with her previous family doctor. In the practice, it was not turned down after registering by telephone, but Dr. Moser treated with a sharpness that, given her old age and poor health, is simply inappropriate. I understand that the practice was visibly overloaded. But that alone does not justify such an empathy-free treatment of risk patients. Conclusion: My grandmother was "made to cry". Since the ordination is already full and overloaded, I recommend exploring alternatives if possible.

Hr Moser ist oberflächlich und scheint nicht interessiert an den Ursachen von Erkrankungen sondern bietet bloss eine Symptombehandlung. Abfertigung wie am Fließband! The receptionist (wife of Mr. Moser) is very unfriendly, overwhelmed and unprofessional. Mr. Moser is superficial and does not seem interested in the causes of illnesses but merely offers symptomatic treatment. Processing like on an assembly line!

S	Susi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich freue mich so einen netten Arzt als meinen langjährigen Hausarzt zu haben. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch seine Angestellten. Offenbar besteht gerade jetzt eine hohe Belastung durch Corona, das wird aber trotzdem gut gemacht. I am happy to have such a nice doctor as my long-time family doctor. Very friendly and helpful also his staff. Apparently there is a high level of exposure to Corona right now, but it is still being done well.

Die Organisation von Terminen ist perfekt. Nie sind lange Wartezeiten. Very friendly. dr Moser always examines you and doesn't give you a prescription straight away. I feel taken very seriously. The organization of appointments is perfect. There are never long waiting times.
