Blood can only be taken by a laboratory assistant! Result: totally pierced (swelling that has hardened and bruises all over the arm including pain for days)!

Danach der Empfang sehr zuvorkommen aber die Artzin selbst sehr unfreundlich und Überheblich und man wird behandelt als hätte etwas angestellt wenn es um eine Krankmeldung geht . Nicht zum weiter empfehlen! Over an hour waiting time in front of the ordination due to distance! Afterwards the reception was very courteous but the doctor herself was very unfriendly and arrogant and you were treated as if something had been done when it came to a sick note. Not to be recommended!

N	Nimra Nibor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um 8:00 Uhr ist Ordinationsbeginn, außer der Schreibkraft ist aber niemand da, obwohl die Ordination regulär geöffnet ist. Also kein Arzt und auch keine Patienten. Bin nach 20 Minuten gegangen, nachdem Fr. Dr. immer noch nicht angekommen ist. Leider kann man hier nicht 0 Sterne vergeben Ordination begins at 8:00 a.m., but no one is there except for the typist, although the ordination is open regularly. So no doctor and no patients either. Left after 20 minutes after Ms. Dr. still has not arrived. Unfortunately, you cannot assign 0 stars here

Sie hat zugehöhrt, nachgefragt -teilweise etwas grob, was mir aber nichts ausmacht und sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen + Facharztempfehlung. Für die Folgekontrollen in 5 und 10 Tagen bekam ich Termine und MEdikation/Antiobiotika wurden einmal angepasst + größerer Abschlussuntersuchung. Danach keine Beschwerden. Danke für Ihren Einsatz, leider nicht selbstverständlich. Weiter positiv: die Arzthelferinnen. (Wundert mich dass laut anderen Rezensionen eher negativ beuerteilt wurde - vielleich hatte ich auch einfach Glück) Had something rougher and the waiting time was annoying, but the treatment made up for everything. She listened, asked - sometimes a bit rough, but I don't mind and she took a lot of time + specialist recommendation. For the follow-up checks in 5 and 10 days, I was given appointments and the medication / antibiotics were adjusted once + a larger final examination. After that no complaints. Thank you for your commitment, unfortunately not a matter of course. Also positive: the medical assistants. (I am surprised that according to other reviews it was rated rather negatively - maybe I was just lucky)
M	Manuel Wicht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr engagierte Ärztin mit effektiven und klaren Behandlungsmethoden sowie ein sehr höfliches Assistententeam am Empfang! Die negativen Rezensionen kann ich persönlich nicht verstehen, da längere Wartezeiten bei Ärzten überall üblich bzw normal sind und wenn ein großer Patientenansturm vorhanden ist, kann man nachvollziehen, dass der Empfang auch mal gestresst sein kann. Viel Erfolg weiterhin und Danke für alle Bemühungen. Very dedicated doctor with effective and clear treatment methods and a very polite team of assistants at reception! I personally cannot understand the negative reviews, since longer waiting times for doctors are common or normal everywhere and when there is a large rush of patients, you can understand that the reception can sometimes be stressed.
