w	wolfgang kerin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach meiner Erfahrung mit dieser Praxis würde ich sie mit 0 bewerten. Ich bin Transplantpatient und hätte nur ein Rezept gebraucht. Als Transplantpatient bin ich darauf angewiesen, hatte aber das Pech, dass ich um eine Minute zu spät kam und mir wurde die Austellung der Rezepte verweigert. Der Warteraum war aber noch gut besetzt. Von der sehr unfreundlichen Assistentin kam ohne Begrüßung: es gibt nix mehr !! Wenn das die Einstellung von Fr. Dr. Ertl ist, kann ich die Praxis nicht empfehlen. Bei ihrer Vorgängerin Fr.Dr. Oitzinger war das nie ein Problem und alle äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bin sehr enttäuscht, die Leute sollten sich mal überlegen, woher das Geld kommt. Außerdem sind die ausgehängten Öffnungszeiten irreführend: die Praxiszeit ist am Freitag bis 10:30, aber wenn man um eine Minute nach 10 Uhr kommt, gibt es nix mehr ! Based on my experience with this practice, I would rate it 0. I am a transplant patient and only needed a prescription. As a transplant patient, I depend on it, but I was unlucky that I was a minute late and I was denied the recipes. The waiting room was still well staffed. The very unfriendly assistant came without a greeting: there is nothing more !! If that's the attitude of Mrs. Dr. Ertl is, I can not recommend the practice. With her predecessor Fr.Dr. Oitzinger was never a problem and everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. I am very disappointed, people should think about where the money comes from. The opening hours posted are also misleading: the practice time is on Friday until 10:30 am, but if you come one minute after 10am, there is nothing more!

Die Stimmung allgemein ist freundlich, beide Sprechstundenhilfen und die Ärztin sind sehr kompetent. Sehr positiv finde ich, dass es jetzt am Donnerstag nachmittag eine Sprechstunde gibt und dass sich vor dem Haus ausreichend Parkplätze befinden. Die Apotheke ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. I have been to the ordination four times so far and have only had good experiences. The general mood is friendly, both office assistants and the doctor are very competent. I find it very positive that there is now a consultation hour on Thursday afternoon and that there are enough parking spaces in front of the house. The pharmacy is nearby.

Gleich neben dem Hotel ist die Ordination von Frau Dr Ertl und ich war heilfroh, sie gehabt zu haben, eine so liebe und einfühlsame Ärztin samt ihren Angestellten! Ich war 4x in der Ordination und möchte mich aufs herzlichste bedanken. I was on vacation in Carinthia at the beginning of August and needed a doctor. Right next to the hotel is Frau Dr Ertl's ordination and I was very happy to have had her, such a loving and sensitive doctor and her employees! I have been to the ordination four times and would like to say thank you very much.
