I can't understand why some give a 1 star rating? the doctor is very competent and extremely quick. you can tell that he has years of experience and is a top diagnostician! I can only recommend him!

Nach 15 min war alles erledigt. Fühlte mich dort sehr gut betreut und auch wohl. Danke ! Great, get an emergency appointment immediately when you call. Reception 2 nice ladies, was treated within a short time. The doctor himself is extremely friendly and competent. After 15 minutes everything was done. I felt very well looked after there and also at ease. Thank you !
F	Franz Xaver Ruckzuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht gerade freundlich, kurz angebunden und wirkte genervt. Kein wertschätzendener Umgang und Beziehungsaufbau. Ist halt naiv von mir zu denken, dass sich -bei einem Arzt mit professioneller humanistischen Ausbildung- diese auch in seinem Tun niederschlägt. Zum Glück gibt's auch andere! Diesen kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Not exactly friendly, curt and seemed annoyed. No appreciative interaction and relationship building. It is just naive of me to think that - with a doctor with professional humanistic training - this is also reflected in his actions. Fortunately there are others too! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this one.

Daher 5 Sterne und ?? Praxis was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Dr. Wand and his team are great and can only be recommended. All nice & uncomplicated. Hence 5 stars and ??
H	Herbert Flicker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muss sagen hab angerufen, bei der Anmeldung sehr freundlich 5min.gewartet auch der Herr Doktor sehr freundlich und nett, jetzt weiß ich das ich einen guten Hautarzt habe. I have to say I called, I was very friendly waiting for 5min. Also the doctor was very friendly and nice, now I know that I have a good dermatologist.
K	Kimi .. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very late review but Dr. Wand was the best doctor I encountered in Austria. I specifically say this because living in Austria as an American with brown skin, I was often mistreated by locals, colleagues etc. despite speaking German. I was so worried about visiting a doctor for my itchy skin (a new occurrence) but from the first visit, he treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. Having family members as doctors/nurses, I know that one has to treat all patients as humanely as possible regardless of ethnicity, class, religion etc. and that's exactly what he did! When I had to return for another visit, he proceeded with an allergy test to rule out any other causes for my itchy skin (eczema). I value the knowledge, professionalism and care that I received from him and his staff (he also speaks English)! Let's not forget that we as patients have to understand that doctors are also people and how we confront them is important.
