N	Noah Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Timofeev ist ein kompetenter und netter Arzt. Er nimmt sich Zeit zum zuhören und erklärt was er tut. Er hat mir schnell und gut helfen können. Eine Vorsorgeuntersuchung habe ich dann auch gleich gemacht. Es geht sehr schnell weil er in der Praxis Blut entnehmen kann und ins Labors schickt. Dadurch muss man nicht selber hingehen. Die Praxis ist direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station und dadurch gut erreichbar. Ich bin froh so einen Arzt in Wien gefunden zu haben. Dr. Timofeev is a competent and nice doctor. He takes the time to listen and explains what he is doing. He was able to help me quickly and well. A check-up I have then made the same. It is very fast because he can take blood in practice and sent to the lab. You do not have to go there yourself. The practice is right next to the subway station and therefore easily accessible. I am glad to have found such a doctor in Vienna.

Sowohl der Arzt, als auch die Ordinationsmitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und nett. Eine Ordination, die man guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen kann. A doctor who takes his time! Very friendly and calmly explains to you if you have any questions. Both the doctor and the office staff are very attentive and nice. An ordination that you can recommend with a clear conscience.

Wenn man bei ihr steht denkt man gar nicht mehr daran das man krank ist.Ich kann diesen Arzt nur empfehlen!!! Dr. Timofeev has been looking after my family and myself for a long time. He is a friendly and, above all, a competent doctor. His receptionist is great as well. When you are with her you do not even think that you are sick. I can only recommend this doctor!
A	Anna W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste mir als deutsche, in Österreich lebende Person schon extrem viel Blödsinn anhören. Aber die Begegnung in dieser Arztpraxis gehört auf jeden Fall in die Top 5. Ich kam mit meiner europäischen Krankenversicherungskarte zu meinem Termin, da hat die Sprechstundenhilfe circa 20 Minuten damit verbracht zwischen "Ich glaube sie sind versichert" und "Ich glaube sie sind nicht versichert" hin und herzuschwanken und mich anschließend heimzuschicken. Anstatt mir einfach Klarheit darüber zu geben, dass diese Praxis keine europäischen Kassen annimmt, wie mir dann der Herr Dr. am nächsten Tag auf Nachfrage per Telefon mitteilte. Ich empfinde das als diskriminierend gegenüber Personen, die keine österreichische Krankenversicherung abschließen können/wollen und die Organisation innerhalb der Praxis sollte auf jeden Fall verbessert werden, sodass Personen wie ich nicht unnötige Zeit dort verbringen müssen. As a German person living in Austria, I had to listen to a lot of nonsense. But the meeting in this doctor's office definitely belongs in the top 5. I came to my appointment with my European health insurance card, and the office hours assistant spent about 20 minutes between "I think you are insured" and "I think you are not insured "to sway back and forth and then send me home. Instead of simply giving me clarity about the fact that this practice does not accept European funds, as Dr. notified the next day on request by phone. I find this discriminatory against people who cannot / do not want to take out Austrian health insurance and the organization within the practice should definitely be improved so that people like me don't have to spend unnecessary time there.

E	Elena Gemel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sekretärin spricht am Telefon kaum Russisch und ist äußerst unfreundlich. Allein deswegen gehe ich nie hin und würde diese Ordination niemandem empfehlen. Schande The secretary hardly speaks Russian on the phone and is extremely unfriendly. For that reason alone I never go and I wouldn't recommend this ordination to anyone. shame
L	Luciana Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also, wo soll ich anfangen.. Terminvergabe: unkompliziert, flexibel und war schnell erledigt. Die Ordinationsassistentinnen - ein Hit! Die Location ist super Zentral, man kommt super easy hin. Dann der Dr. Doktor war super einfühlsam, hat sich ur lange Zeit genommen, mir alles zu erklären, mich zu beraten. Alles in allem war eine ganz tolle Erfahrung, er wird sicherlich mein Hausarzt für mich und meiner Familie bleiben. So, where should I start .. Appointments: uncomplicated, flexible and done quickly. The ordination assistants - a hit! The location is super central, it's super easy to get there. Then the Dr. Doctor was super empathetic, took a long time to explain everything to me, to advise me. All in all it was a great experience, he will certainly remain my family doctor for me and my family.
O	Ol Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a trip in Vienna when I got sick with the flu. I was staying close to Rathaus and found Dr. Timofeev near my hotel there. He is a very competent doctor and knew right away what was wrong with me, he prescribed me antibiotics and some other medication to relieve my symptoms and I felt better after only a few days. His receptionist was very helpful, I didn't have social insurance but that was no problem, I was able to make it work through my travel insurance. I was also pleasantly surprised that Dr. Timofeev and the receptions spoke three languages, English, German and Russian. Very helpful for any tourists/locals looking for medical advice. Doctor's office is newly remodeled and beautiful. Highly recommend! -Olivia
