M	Matthias Wallner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nett aber leider Hinterhältig hatte man uns beim ersten Besuch erklärt das die Behandlung von der Versicherung übernommen wurde und wir mussten nur die 6,50€ Rezeptgebühr entrichten. Beim zweiten Besuch kam dann auf einmal eine Rechnung über 330€ weil die Verrechnung beim ersten Mal angeblich "vergessen" wurde. Das man mir die bereits bezahlte Rezeptgebühr dann nochmal doppelt verrechnet hatte ich leider erst gemerkt als wir schon wieder zu Hause waren, ein sehr unschönes Erlebnis. Wartezeiten sind leider auch sehr lange. Ich wollte erst nichts schreiben da Fehler vorkommen, allerdings mussten wir auch beobachten wie eine andere Patientin vor uns ging, nichts bezahlen musste, die Assistentin fragte extra noch warum sie nichts zahlen muss worauf Herr Dr. Schmidt nur sagte "keine Angst das verrechnen wir das nächste mal", weswegen ich mir leider denken muss das dies mir Absicht gemacht wird. Alles in allem ein Sehr netter Arzt und auch sehr kompetent, aber leider auch Hinterhältig und die Kosten werden wohl gerne verschwiegen und dann doppelt verrechnet. On the first visit we were told that the treatment was taken care of by the insurance company and that we only had to pay the € 6.50 prescription fee. On the second visit I suddenly received a bill for 330 € because the billing was supposedly "forgotten" the first time. Unfortunately, I only noticed that the prescription fee I had already paid was charged twice again when we were back home, a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, waiting times are also very long. At first I didn't want to write anything because there were mistakes, but we also had to watch another patient walk in front of us, didn't have to pay anything, the assistant asked why she didn't have to pay anything to which Dr. Schmidt just said "don't worry, we'll charge it the next time", which is why I unfortunately have to think that this is made on purpose to me. All in all a very nice doctor and also very competent, but unfortunately also sneaky and the costs are probably kept secret and then charged twice.
