★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der 6.3.2019 war ein ganz besonderer Tag für mich, Dr. Martina Koch Puhr hat mir zu einem schönen Lächeln verholfen , meine Zähne sind gerade ?und das ganze ohne Schmerzen und ohne Angst, sie ist so einfühlsam und geduldig. Danke Frau Doktor endlich kann ich nach Lust und Laune lachen ohne meine Zähne verstecken zu müssen ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patientin wurde Zahn gezogen, eine Woche später noch starke Schmerzen. Telefonische Wiedervorstellung seitens Patientin erbeten - wurde abgewiesen. Am nächsten Tage persönliche Wiedervorstellung aufgrund Schmerzen - Patientin wurde heimgeschickt, aufgrund hoher Patientenanzahl. Aufsuchen eines anderen Zahnarztes, welcher einen Kieferabszess feststellte. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Leider muss man hier einen Stern vergeben, um die Bewertung zu veröffentlichen.

The next day, personal re-appointment due to pain - the patient was sent home due to the high number of patients. See another dentist who found a jaw abscess. Not recommendable! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da nach einem Wohnwechsel ich noch keinen fixen Zahnarzt hatte, und mir ein Zahn eine ganze Nacht Schmerzen bereitet hatte, wählte ich diese Ärztin auf gut Glück. Ordination ist modern, Wartezeit war sehr kurz. Behandlung seeeeehr oberflächlich. Nach kurzem Schauen aufs Röntgenbild meinte sie, Zahnwurzelbehandlung sei unumgänglich. Auf eine Zyste auf dem Bild musste ich sie selbst aufmerksam machen..die Wurzelbehandlung war sehr zeitsparsam und damit auch schlampig durchgeführt, inklusive Spritze war sie in 15 min beendet. Bei einem guten Arzt der die Kanäle mit Miskroskop alle durchnimmt um den Nerv abzutöten sitzt man über 1 std, nur so zum Vergleich..Füllung ist nach kürzester Zeit rausgefallen. Hab mir den Zahn nochmal gscheit behandeln lassen bei jemanden mit mehr Gründlichkeit..

Treatment very shallow. After a brief look at the x-ray, she said tooth root treatment was inevitable. On a cyst on the picture, I had to draw her attention themselves .. the root canal treatment was very time-saving and therefore sloppy performed, including syringe, it was completed in 15 min. In a good doctor of the channels with Miskroskop all durchgenommen to kill the nerve is sitting over 1 hour, only for comparison .. Filling has fallen out after a short time. I have the tooth again gscheit treated with someone with more thoroughness ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endlich mal eine Zahnärztin mit Herz und Einfühlungsvermögen. Ich als absoluter Angsthase fühlte mich sowas von pudelwohl und aufgehoben. Beim kompletten Team!! Ich freue mich mittlerweile auf meinen nächsten Termin und bin ihr und dem Team einfach nur dankbar.
Finally a dentist with heart and empathy. As an absolute coward, I felt so at ease and in good hands. With the whole team !! I am now looking forward to my next appointment and am simply grateful to her and the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr puhr ist sehr einfühlsam und nett. Hatte bis jetzt nur schlechte Erfahrungen mit Zahnärzten, da ich seit meiner Kindheit schon immer Probleme mit Zahnärzten hatte. Vermutlich hatte ich mal ein schlechtes Erlebnis und es ist mir was hängen geblieben. Bei ihr fühle ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben und die Angst ? ist weg. Was für mich als Patientin sehr wichtig ist, ist die Art wie ein Arzt oder Ärztin mit Patienten umgeht, das hat für mich höchste Priorität. Ich habe endlich nach langem Suchen die richtige Zahnärztin gefunden . Ein großes Lob natürlich auch dem Rest des teams. Die zahnprophylaxe war natürlich auch spitze. 5 ? sind noch zu wenig. Freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal liebe Grüße an die gesamte Ordination daniela künl
Ms. Dr Puhr is very empathetic and nice. Only had bad experiences with dentists until now as I have had problems with dentists since I was a child. I probably had a bad experience and something stuck with me. With her I feel very well looked after and the fear ? is gone. What is very important to me as a patient is the way a doctor treats patients, which is my top priority. After a long search I finally found the right dentist. Kudos to the rest of the team too, of course. The dental prophylaxis was of course also great. 5 ? are still not enough.
