V	Veronika Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir fühlen uns immer sehr gut betreut von Herrn Dr. Winsauer - ist man bei ihm im Behandlungszimmer, merkt man nichts davon, dass das Wartezimmer voll ist - man ist in dem Moment die wichtigste Person. Natürlich muss man da dann auch akzeptieren, dass dies für alle Patienten gilt und die Wartezeiten öfter mal sehr lange sind. Noch nie haben wir davon gehört, dass Herr Dr. Winsauer über unsere Krankengeschichte mit anderen Leuten plaudert - obwohl ein großer Teil unserer Verwandten/Bekannten bei ihm in Behandlung ist. Aus unserer Sicht ist Herr Dr. Winsauer ein Arzt aus Überzeugung und ganz sicher steht das "Geld verdienen" nicht an erster Stelle!!! We always feel well looked after by Dr. Ing. Winsauer - when you are with him in the treatment room, you do not notice that the waiting room is full - at the moment you are the most important person. Of course you have to accept that this applies to all patients and the waiting times are often very long. We have never heard of Dr. Winsauer talks about our medical history with other people - although a large part of our relatives / acquaintances is under treatment with him. In our view, Dr. Ing. Winsauer a doctor out of conviction and certainly is the "make money" not in the first place!
M	Markus Pessenhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetenter Hausarzt, der sich für jeden Patienten Zeit nimmt und nicht ein "Symptombehandler" sondern ein "Ursachenforscher" ist. Verschreibt nicht sofort immer gleich Medikamente, sondern lässt das eigene Immunsystem agieren, und auch was die Diskretion und die Ärztliche Schweigepflicht angeht, habe ich jetzt seit 20 Jahren noch nie etwas negatives erlebt, noch gehört. Very competent family doctor, who takes time for each patient and is not a "symptom-handler" but a "cause researcher". Do not immediately prescribe the same drugs, but lets the own immune system act, and also in terms of discretion and medical confidentiality, I have now for 20 years never experienced anything negative, nor heard.
B	Benedetto Tumminello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kenne diesen Arzt schon seit einem Jahr. Am Anfang ging alles in Ordnung und ich fand den Service ganz angenehm. Aber je mehr ich da hingegangen bin desto schlechter wurde es. Je mehr ich ihn kennengelernt habe wurde mir klar, dass der Winsauer kein Interesse an meine Gesundheit hatte sonder wahrscheinlich nur Arzt geworden ist damit er Geld machen kann. Ich habe sogar heraus gefunden das Dr. Winsauer mit einem anderen Arzt (Frau Dr. Mayrhofer )über meine Gesundheitliche Verhältnisse geredet hat. Ich finde das geht nur mir und meinem Arzt was an!!! Vor allem ist es überhaupt nicht erlaubt anderen Ärzten Kunden Informationen heraus zu geben. Absolute Frechheit! Dennoch habe ich eine gute Erfahrung mit den Mitarbeiterinnen und der Sekretärin die dort arbeiten gemacht. I've known this doctor for a year. In the beginning everything was fine and I found the service very pleasant. But the more I went there, the worse it got. The more I got to know him, it became clear to me that Winsauer had no interest in my health but probably just became a doctor so that he could make money. I even found out that Dr. Winsauer talked to another doctor (Dr. Mayrhofer) about my health. I think that's just my business and my doctor's business! Above all, it is not allowed to give information to other doctors at all. Absolute cheek! Nevertheless, I have had a good experience with the staff and the secretary who work there.
R	Ronny feldkirch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch durchzukommen gar unmöglich. Die arztgehilfinnen benehmen sich wenn mann dann einfach vorbei kommt nicht sehr erfreut. Wie soll mann den dann etwas ausmachen die damen?? Aber ok war nur zum impfen da. Arzt selber sehr nett und freundlich Impossible to get through by phone. The medical assistants do not behave very pleased if you just come by. How should you mind the ladies? But ok was only there to vaccinate. Doctor himself very nice and friendly
L	Ljiljana Kostandinovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also, ich geh nicht oft zum Arzt und wenn ich mal hin gehe erwarte ich dass er mir zuhört und auf mein Problem eingeht, das tut dieser Arzt nicht. Im Gegenteil er unterbricht mich ganz frech und meint immer er möchte keine Diskussion wenn man ihn zu einer Sache befragt, hat mir in den 7 Jahren nie wirklich geholfen, komme jedes Mal verärgert und enttäuscht nach Hause. Ich geh da bestimmt nicht mehr hin , weiß nicht wieso er an meiner Gesundheit und an mir als Patient nicht interessiert ist, bin ich ihm unsympathisch ka???? Well, I don't go to the doctor very often and when I go I expect him to listen to me and address my problem, this doctor doesn't do that. On the contrary, he interrupts me very cheekily and always says he doesn't want a discussion when you ask him about something, has never really helped me in the 7 years, always comes home angry and disappointed. I'm definitely not going there anymore, I don't know why he's not interested in my health and in me as a patient, is he unsympathetic to me????
