★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine unfreundliche und schlecht ausgebildete Arzthelferin, die mir bei meinem ersten Anruf wegen Terminvereinbarung falsche Information gegeben hat. Und zwar hat sie felsenfest behauptet, ich müsste eine Überweisung von meinem Hausarzt mitbringen. Außerdem hat sie mir einen Termin nach sechs Wochen geben wollen, obwohl ich ihr mitgeteilt hatte, dass ich starke Schmerzen habe.
An unfriendly and poorly trained doctor's assistant who gave me the wrong information when I first called to make an appointment. In fact, she adamantly stated that I had to bring a referral from my family doctor. She also wanted to give me an appointment after six weeks, even though I had told her that I was in severe pain.
