Absolutely incompetent, I admire when he has a real bar exam. he lost every single case, art was not prepared, he did not come to the court, only he can write an invoice without limit.

Mit dem Hinweis, die Grundstück-Anteile seien falsch im Vertrag festgelegt worden, wird man einfach als Dumm links liegen gelassen. Antwortet auch nicht mehr auf Anfragen über die aktuelle Situation eines Wohnungsverkaufes. Als Treuhänder wurde nicht wirklich professionelles Verhalten an den Tag gesetzt. Geld des Wohnungsverkaufs wurde frühzeitig ohne Einwilligung der Käufer überwiesen nur um die Verkäufer ruhig zu stimmen. Auf (korrekte) Grundbucheinträge wartet man bis heute (schon beinahe ein Jahr). Vielleicht ist Herr Dr. Koroschetz in seinen angegebenen Fachgebieten ein Experte, wenn er aber etwas nicht kann bzw. nicht machen möchte, so sollte er soviel Eigeneinschätzung haben um einen Auftrag nicht anzunehmen. Durch sein hinauszögerndes Verhalten wird ein weiterer Verkauf verhindert, auf Kosten anderer. Dr. Koroschetz sets up sales contracts wrong. By stating that the real estate shares have been set incorrectly in the contract, one is simply left as stupid left. Also do not respond to inquiries about the current situation of a home sale. As a trustee, not really professional behavior was demonstrated. The money from the sale of the apartment was transferred in good time without the consent of the buyers just to calm the sellers. On (correct) land register entries one waits until today (nearly one year). Maybe Dr. Koroschetz in his specified fields of expertise an expert, but if he can not or does not want to do something, he should have so much self-assessment to not accept an order. His delaying behavior prevents another sale at the expense of others.

Fragen wurden nicht beantwortet und wir wurden in keinster Weise auf den aktuellen Stand gebracht. Leider kann ich Herrn Dr. Koroschetz aufgrund meiner negativen Erfahrung mit seiner Arbeitsweise auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Dr. Koroschetz neither replied to one of the many emails nor called back. There was no communication. Questions were not answered and we were not brought up to date in any way. Unfortunately I can thank Dr. Under no circumstances would I recommend Koroschetz to others due to my negative experience with his way of working.

Wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass er nie erreichbar ist, keine Fragen beantwortet und nur im Sinne des Verkäufers arbeitet, dann wäre ein Notar die bessere Wahl gewesen. Leider ein sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten. Dr. Koroschetz had been hired as trustee for the purchase of our house. If we had known that he would never be available, would not answer any questions and only work in the interests of the seller, then a notary would have been the better choice. Unfortunately, this is very unprofessional behavior.
