First impression receptionist (I think Mrs. Leonhartsberger, she was called) is very nice. The doctor himself I was not yet, the evaluation follows when I was there.

Aufgrund akuter, starker Knieschmerzen habe ich auf einen schnellen Termin gehofft. Vom Vermerk auf der Homepage "jederzeit zeitnahe Termine" war ich zunächst positiv angetan. Der Empfangsdame habe ich erläutert, dass ich aktuell kaum noch auftreten kann. Die Wartezeit bis zum nächstmöglichen Termin sollte exakt 2 Wochen dauern. Bei akuten Schmerzen ist diese Wartezeit nicht akzeptabel bzw. benötige ich dann ja wohl keine Privatversicherung. Habe mich somit auf die Suche nach einem anderen Arzt gemacht! Nachtrag zur Antwort vom Inhaber: Nein, mir wurde nicht angeboten, dass ich angerufen werde, sofern ein anderer Patient ausfällt! When looking for a doctor of choice in the field of orthopedics, I'm on Dr. Mattheis encountered. Due to acute, severe knee pain, I was hoping for a quick appointment. At first, I was positively impressed by the note on the homepage that "appointments are always prompt at any time". I explained to the receptionist that I can hardly perform any more at the moment. The waiting time until the next possible appointment should be exactly 2 weeks. In the case of acute pain, this waiting time is not acceptable or I do not need any private insurance. So I started looking for another doctor! Addendum to the owner's answer: No, I was not offered to be called if another patient is absent!

Dr. Mattheis war der erste Arzt der sich mein Problem angehört und angesehen hat. Nach diesem Eingriff habe ich habe ich wieder eine ganz andere Lebensqualität erhalten. Ich war mit Freude überwältigt, dass ich nach dieser Behandlung endlich wieder normale Schuhe tragen konnte und dass nach ca. 8 Jahren. Hr. Dr. Mattheis hat mir auch während der Behandlung bzw. dem Eingriff die Angst genommen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch ein großes Danke möchte ich seiner Gattin zukommen lassen, da Sie mir die Möglichkeit gegeben hat, dass ich in Behandlung zu Ihrem Gatten durfte und Sie mich nicht wie andere beim Telefonat abgewimmelt hat. Ein riesengroßes Danke an Beiden. Eine empfehlenswerte Ordination und ein empfehlenswerter Arzt. about 5 years ago I was treated by Dr. Mattheis. At that time I had a nail wedge excision on both feet. Mr. dr Mattheis was the first doctor who listened to and looked at my problem. After this operation, I regained a completely different quality of life. I was overwhelmed with joy that after this treatment I could finally wear normal shoes again and that after about 8 years. Mr. dr Mattheis also took my fears away during the treatment and the procedure. I felt very comfortable and cared for. I would also like to say a big thank you to his wife, because she gave me the opportunity to see her husband for treatment and she didn't brush me off on the phone like others did.
