Die Wartezeit trotz Termin ist allerdings öfters sehr lange (3/4-1 1/2) Everyone is very friendly and the doctor takes time for every question. The waiting time is often very long despite the appointment (3 / 4-1 1/2)

Wurde abgewimmelt sehr unhöflich die Dame am Telefon ! Bin von Niederösterreich nach Linz gezogen und brauch neue Ärtzte !!! I live right next door on Dauphinestrasse! Called yesterday about an appointment because my chest hurts so much! Was dismissed very rude the lady on the phone! I moved from Lower Austria to Linz and need new doctors!

Habe 6 Monate auf einen Termin gewartet (man muss mehrmals anrufen um überhaupt angenommen zu werden) und am Termintag 1,5 Stunden gewartet um dann 2 Minuten lang gedemütigt zu werden und zu hören bekommen, dass die Ärztin nichts machen kann. Sie war nur unhöflich, indiskret, empathielos und grob. Not at all recommended. get've been waiting six months for an appointment (call you have several times to be accepted to at all) and maintained for 1.5 hours Termintag to be humiliated and then for 2 minutes, and to hear that the doctor can not do anything. She was just rude, indiscreet empathielos and coarse.
C	Christina A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin lange Wartezeiten, Empfangsdamen sehr frech und unhöflich. Ärztin selber ist sehr kompetent und nett. Allerdings hat man nicht die Möglichkeit die Ärztin auf irgendeine Weise zu kontaktieren bei Problemen oder Fragen. Für mich in wichtigen Situationen wie eine Schwangerschaft nicht mehr tragbar und vertrauenswürdig einfach unhöflich abgewimmelt zu werden. Daher habe ich gewechselt. Despite appointment long waiting times, receptionists very naughty and rude. Doctor herself is very competent and nice. However, one does not have the opportunity to contact the doctor in any way in case of problems or questions. For me in important situations such as pregnancy no longer wearable and trustworthy just to be rude disgusting. That's why I changed.
A	Andrea K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute ein Telefon Gespräch bezüglich eines Termins die Dame am Telefon war so freundlich und interessiert gab mir auch Tipps und war sehr Verständnisvoll habe von einen anderen Fa zu Dr Dines gewechselt und war bis jetzt immer zufrieden ob telefonisch oder vor Ort. Die Wartezeit ist zwar trotz Termin lange dafür nimmt sich aber die Ärztin für jeden Patient genügen Zeit ? Had a phone conversation today about an appointment, the lady on the phone was so friendly and interested also gave me tips and was very understanding. I switched from another company to Dr Dines and was always satisfied, whether by phone or on site. The waiting time is long despite the appointment, but the doctor takes enough time for each patient ?

Herzlichen Dank für alles! Dr. Dines was great and the successor, Dr. Fuchs is an unbelievably great doctor, you are really in good hands and are so sensitively cared for in this ordination.
