Seit die eine Dame nicht mehr an Rezeption sitzt hat sich viel verändert . Very, very nice ophthalmologist helped us a lot and are very grateful to be in such good hands. A lot has changed since one lady was no longer at the reception.
K	Karin Eckhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also die beste Augenärztin weit und breit. Zwar etwas lange Wartezeiten, aber man kann ja auch die Privatordination nutzen. So the best ophthalmologist far and wide. Waiting times are a bit long, but you can also use private coordination.
P	Pumuckl Eder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Hausarbeiten ist mir trotz Schutzbrille ein Stück der Deckenverputz in ein Auge gefallen, weswegen ich das rechte Auge nicht mehr öffnen konnte aber aich in geschlossenem Zustand schmerzen verursachte. Weil Ausspülen mit dem Brausekopf auch nicht funktionierte, rief ich diese Ärztin an. Ein Tonband meinte, man solle das Ende der Ansage abwarten und werde zurückgerufen wenn man Schmerzen habe. Dies tat ich und weil 1,5 Std nichts passierte, fuhr ich hin um dann persönlich zu erfahren dass meine Nachricht zwar abgehört aber ignoriert worden war, weil ich kein Stammkunde wäre. Ich möge mich ins Spital begeben. Das ist nicht was ich von einem Arzt erwarte zumal die Ambulanzen eigentlich ersuchen, einen Arzt aufzusuchen. Es war zwar viel los in der Praxis, aber einen Splitter aus dem Auge zu entfernen dauert nicht lange und wird auch nicht so oft vorkommen. Because rinsing out with the shower head didn't work either, I called this doctor. A tape said you should wait for the end of the announcement and would be called back if you were in pain. I did this and because nothing happened for 1.5 hours, I drove there to find out personally that my message had been listened to but ignored because I wasn't a regular customer. I may go to the hospital. That's not what I expect from a doctor, especially since the ambulances actually ask to see a doctor. While the practice has been busy, getting a splinter out of your eye doesn't take long and won't happen that often.
