★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern um 16.45 Uhr wollte ich mich wegen Fieber, Grippe und einen Verbandwechsel ( wurde Sehnenscheide operiert) behandeln lassen. Jegliche Hilfe wurde mir verweigert, weil mich die Empfangsdame weggeschickt hat. Von einer Ärztin hätte ich mir ( zumal Ärzte einen Eid schwören) Hilfe erwartet .
Yesterday at 4:45 pm I wanted to be treated for fever, influenza and a dressing change (was operation of tendon sheath). Any help was denied because the receptionist sent me away. From a doctor, I would have expected (especially doctors swear an oath) help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, mit allen per du und teilt allen Patienten mit, wie Stress oll doch ihr Job sei und jedermann könnte es doch mal probieren, wie anstrengend dieser ist. Inkompetent.
Unfriendly, with everyone by you and tells all patients how stressful their job is and everyone could try how strenuous it is. Incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder gehe ich zu dieser Ärztin. Sehr inkompetent, erlaubt sich herablassende Ausdrücke und hinterfragt jedes Wort, was du sagst. Wenn ein Patient jünger ist, heißt es noch lange nicht, dass dieser keinen Respekt verdient. Ich bin so dermaßen traurig und verärgert, dass ich keine Worte mehr finde.
I will never go to this doctor again. Very incompetent, allows patronizing language and questions every word you say. Just because a patient is younger doesn't mean they don't deserve respect. I'm so sad and upset that I can't find the words.
