★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmste Wartezeiten überhaupt, man muss über 2 stunden warten wenn man aufgrund von dringlichkeit wegen urlaub des eigenen hausarztes ohne termin kommt, obwohl man vorangekündigt(telefonisch) gekommen ist. Man wird bis ordinationsende auf warteschlange gesetzt.
Worst waiting times, you have to wait over 2 hours if you come because of urgency for vacation of your own family doctor without an appointment, although you have pre-announced (by phone). It is set to the end of the queue.

One of the best doctors I know. On the one hand you are actually taken seriously and heard and on the other hand Dr. Thomanek incredibly competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlichste Empfangsdame jemals; als ich ihr gesagt habe das ich etwas gegen meine Schmerzen brauche und nur für ein Rezept kommen würde frage sie mich ob diese „wirklich so schlimm“ sind das ich nicht warten kann bis mein Hausarzt am Abend aufsperrt..
Rudest receptionist ever; when I told her that I needed something for my pain and would only come for a prescription, she asked me if it was "really so bad" that I couldn't wait until my family doctor opened up in the evening..

So rude! I would never go to this doctor again! He insulted and put me down because I was skeptical and unsure about the vaccination. cheek!!
