Leider hatte ich einen Notfall und war bei Ihnen in der Praxis. Ihre sehr unfreundliche Kollegin am Empfang hat mich gleich abgwiesen und mir noch nicht ein Mal einen Termin angeboten, obwohl die Praxis total leer war. Vermutlich haben Sie genügend Patienten, dass Sie auf Notfälle verzichten können. Ein kleiner Tipp. Schicken Sie Ihr Mitarbeiterin auf eine Schulung bei der sie Manieren lernt und Umgangsformen. Vielen Dank. Diese Praxis kann ich leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Dear Dr. Menke, I understand that due to the Corona situation, an appointment in advance is very important. M	Melina Lavie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller vertrauenswürdiger Arzt, sehr professionell. Er nimmt sich viel Zeit für jeden einzelnen Patienten. Im Wartezimmer war ich alleine, die Atmosphäre empfand ich trotz sehr großer Zahnarztangst als sehr heimelig und entspannend. In Ruhe machte sich Herr Dr. Menke ein Bild klärte mich über die anstehende Behandlung auf und erstellte einen Kostenvoranschlag. Dr. Menke arbeitet sehr vorsichtig und mit ruhiger Hand, die Behandlung war ohne Ausnahme komplett schmerzfrei. Seine Assistentinnen leisteten ebenfalls gute Arbeit. Jede größere Behandlung werde ich ab sofort nur mehr von ihm machen lassen. Ich kann ihn daher ganz klar weiterempfehlen. Great trustworthy doctor, very professional. Dr. Menke ein Bild informed me about the upcoming treatment and prepared a cost estimate. Dr. Menke works very carefully and with a steady hand; the treatment was, without exception, completely painless. His assistants did a good job too. From now on I will only let him do any major treatment. I can therefore clearly recommend him.
