Warum man trotz Termins an die 2 Stunden warten muss und das ist so gut wie immet der Fall, ist mir nicht klar. Miss Dr. Steurer is competent and kind. Why you have to wait about 2 hours despite the appointment and that is almost always the case is not clear to me.
M	Michael D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin immer zufrieden. Manchmal muss man leider trotz Termin ein wenig länger warten, dafür wird man mit akuten Sachen auch problemlos eingeschoben. Sie war auch sehr lieb zu unserem Kind bei der ersten Untersuchung. I am always satisfied. Sometimes you unfortunately have to wait a little longer despite the appointment, but you are easily pushed in with acute matters. She was also very kind to our child at the first examination.

Die Empfangsdame ist sehr nett und die Ärztin nimmt sich genügend Zeit (deshalb auch etwas längere Wartezeiten) man fühlt sich wirklich gut aufgehoben!! In the event of an emergency, you get an appointment immediately. The receptionist is very nice and the doctor takes enough time (therefore a bit longer waiting times) you really feel that you are in good hands!

Ich weiß nicht ob wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt haben aber für uns ist es ein absolutes no Go wenn nur über ein Kind hinweg geredet wird und dem Kind (2 Jahre alt!!!) absolut nichts erklärt wird. Nicht einmal ein schau bitte hier hin sondern nur ein Ps Ps Ps als würd man einen Hund rufen. Oder eine Katze wegscheuchen oder was weiß ich. Fokus des Termins lag darin MIR zu erklären was für ein großes Problem ich da an meine Kinder weitervererbt hab (ääähm ein paar Dioptrien und eine hornhautverkrümmung. Sprich, ich trage halt eine Brille). Aber dafür wurde mit dem Kind nicht einmal ein Sehtest gemacht. Würde null Sterne geben. Mittlerweile kann ich über den Termin lachen, kurz danach war mir definitiv nicht zu lachen zu mute. Definitely go to another doctor with children. I don't know if we've had a bad day, but for us it's an absolute no go if only one child is talked about and absolutely nothing is explained to the child (2 years old!!!). Not even a look, please, just a ps ps ps like calling a dog. Or shoo a cat away or whatever. The focus of the appointment was to explain to ME what a big problem I passed on to my children (aaaah a few dioptres and astigmatism. In other words, I just wear glasses). But the child was not even given an eye test for this. Would give zero stars. I can now laugh about the appointment, but shortly afterwards I definitely didn't feel like laughing.
