Eine Behandlung wäre nicht möglich und man müsse damit klar kommen. Zudem eine nicht besonders freundliche Ärztin. Von einer kompetenten Behandlung weit entfernt. No recommendation, long-lasting cough for several weeks (possibly now chronic) with known asthma was not taken seriously at all. Treatment would not be possible and you would have to cope with it. In addition, a not very friendly doctor. Far from competent treatment.
