Wir haben Sie angerufen wegen unserer kleinen Prinzessin und noch am gleichen Tag hat Sie uns dran genommen. Wir wurden sehr nett und professionell behandelt. Schockierender Weise, war die Honorarnote viel zu niedrig angesetzt. Das konnten wir so nicht hinnehmen. Nicht nur, dass sie die Patienten nett behandelt. Sie verrechnet dafür noch einen Hungerlohn. Als privat Versicherter weiß ich was Ärzte gern verlangen und so konnte ich das nicht hinnehmen. Danke Fr. Dr. Rautenberg! Bleiben Sie so wie Sie sind! LG aus Hörbranz, Fam. Weber Dr. Rautenberg is a really lovely person. We called you about our little princess and she answered us on the same day. We were treated very nicely and professionally. Shockingly, the fee was set way too low. We couldn't accept that. Not only does she treat the patients nicely. For this she still charges a starvation wage. Ich musste ca. eine Stunde warten es war sehr viel los dennoch hat sich das warten gelohnt eine sehr kompetente Ärztin, hat sich Zeit genommen da war mir klar weshalb man etwas länger wartet was völlig ok ist. Für einen Termin am besten eine Email schreiben diese werden auch beantwortet, Telefonisch schwerer erreichbar. This practice is highly recommended! dr Rautenberg and your medical assistant are very nice. I had to wait about an hour, it was very busy nevertheless, the wait was worth it a very competent doctor, took her time so it was clear to me why I had to wait a little longer, which is completely ok. For an appointment, it is best to write an email, these will also be answered, it is difficult to reach by phone.
