Unsere Ordination ist allgemein als außergewöhnlich freundlich bekannt, deswegen möchte ich Ihre Bewertung nicht unkommentiert stehen lassen. Das es zu langen Wartezeiten am Telefon kommen kann, ist natürlich leider möglich (auch schon vor Corona), obwohl bereits 3 Mitarbeiterinnen gleichzeitig telefonieren. Deshalb bitten wir auch, wie den Aushängen in der Ordination zu entnehmen, vermehrt darum, Anfragen mit geringerer Dringlichkeit per E-MAIL zu stellen. Wir garantieren, dass diese bis spätestens Ordinations-Ende bearbeitet werden, ggf. rufen wir zurück. Falls ein dringendes Anliegen besteht, kommen Sie besser gleich in die Ordination. Es wird alles genau erklärt und er hat auf jede Frage die richtige Antwort! Außerdem muss man auch die Damen in der Ordination sehr sehr loben weil Sie immer ruhig bleiben, egal was passiert! Machen Sie alle nur weiter so! Dr.Macher is the best doctor in the VOITSBERG DISTRICT !!!! Always very friendly, helpful and does everything in his power for all patients! Everything is explained in detail and he has the right answer to every question! You also have to praise the ladies in the ordination very much because they always stay calm, no matter what! Just keep up the good work!

Allerdings ist es selbst nach 4x 10 min. in der Warteschleife nicht möglich jemanden zu erreichen. (leider kein Einzelfall sondern Dauerzustand auch schon vor corona) Die Damen in seinem Team könnten auf alle Fälle eine Schulung in Freundlichkeit vertragen. Fragen werden sehr schnell und wirklich unfreundlich abgefertigt. Aber das ist eh bekannt. Dr. Macher is a sensitive and great doctor who is especially good with children. However, it is not possible to reach someone even after 4x 10 minutes in the queue. (unfortunately not an isolated case but permanent condition even before corona) The women on his team could definitely use a training in friendliness. Questions are handled very quickly and really unfriendly. But that's known anyway.

Doch der Herr Dr. Macher Michael ist der Beste und freundlichste. Er erklärt alles und tut wirklich das Beste für seine Patienten. Auch sein Team ist trotz Stress immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wartezeiten sind sehr kurz. Natürlich gibt es Ausnahmen. Wer hier anruft muß natürlich manchmal lange warten. Aber der sollte sich einmal 20 Minuten in den Warteraum setzen und sich vom andauernden Bimmeln des Telefons berieseln lassen. Ich hätte schon lange die Leitung gekappt.
